Olde Beau Resort & Golf Club

Played Olde Beau on Sunday morning. First time playing and will definitely be back. Course is a challenge especially if you have not played it before. Many blind shots. Was surprised there was not many people out there. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Tee boxes and fairways were OK. Bunkers were very good and I found a couple. The real treat were the greens. Without a doubt they were the best greens I have played this year.

Olde Beau is just over the continental divide, close to nothing but worth the trip. It is amazing that someone thought to put it there and more amazing that they were able to build it. Play it once to be amazed and come back to start learning how to play it. For years I told folks, I would rather play Beau once rather than 4 rounds other places. Does not get much better.

Beautiful views and a beautiful course. A little hard to play for beginners due to elevation change. Check the brakes in your cart before you leave the clubhouse lol

Olde Beau is my favorite get away course in the Carolinas!!! You will truly enjoy the mountain top experience!!

Fun and challenging layout with several scenic holes. Course was in excellent condition and rates are very affordable. Mountain golf at its best!

It’s hard to focus on playing when it’s so gorgeous in the mountains. This course is challenging but very fun

Course was in good condition. Liked the layout of the front 9. Back 9 layout was not good. Felt like they tried the squeeze the holes in. Very hard to know where to hit , and some of the holes were gimmicky with how they are layed out. To bad because there are some beautiful Mountain View’s.

Gorgeous course. You will love the look of the course, along with the challenges coming from all the different elevations. I will definitely be back.

Be ready for a challenge especially if you aren’t used to playing a mountain course. Greens were in great condition and not a lot of players since it was cool and windy

Spectacular views from this mountain course and great conditions but unless you are very familiar with the course layout, well struck balls can still find trouble. Very enjoyable round nonetheless.
