About
Cypress Ridge Golf Club stretches along the Central Coast, taking its name from the abundant cypress trees that are scattered throughout the course. The scenic and hilly terrain is the star of this layout, it provides challenging ups-and-downs but also stunning views. The smooth, fast greens are often elevated, as are many of the tees. The strategic placement of the bunkers was determined by the natural contours of the landscape. Though the golf course has many challenges to offer, playability is also a key feature. Golfers of all skill levels can approach Cypress Ridge Golf Club with confidence. Water does not have a prominent presence but it does come into play on the finishing par-5 hole. The golf course is a local favorite for both the enjoyable round itself and the friendly staff.

Beautiful course
Course in great condition. Only knock was the pace of play.
Cypress Ridge 09/22/22
The course was in good condition.
Fairways had less roll-out than we are used to.
Bunkers need sand! Too many hard pack dirt areas.
Greens were very good.
Course layout is pretty fair.

18 hole play
The course is scenic and the fairways are in good condition.
Greens are fast and not breaking.
Bunkers need to be RE-sanded. They are hard pack dirt and very difficult to get out of the deep sides.
This is one of the best courses around!!
If we had a check list, this one gets all 10’s! It’s our favorite! Wish we lived here all year!

This course is always impressive. It reminds us of some courses in Monterey Ca. It can be tough but not impossible. Conditions have been excellent. Hats off to the grounds keeper. Staff is a happy bunch.

Great course
I played by myself on Sunday with a friend riding along with me and we finished in two and a half hours it was incredible people were letting me go through about 4 or 5 times very friendly

The best course around! You rock Cypress, it’s green & your ball rolls forever! We will be back several times while we are up here for the month. Thanks to Jeff & his brother for taking good care of us! Got the driving range on grass too! 👍⛳️
Good Golf course
Overall the golf course was in decent shape. It was showing areas of disrepair i.e. dead grass and bare spots. Greens were powerful. Overall it was worth the price to pay at plate

Challenging Course
This course is great, super changeling, great layout with hard read greens.
Golf Course on the Central Coast
Great value for the buck. Course in the best condition of any course I have played on the Central Coast. If you are a senior citizen, be sure to ask for the Senior Discount.
Local favorite!
I play here more than I play the other course in the area. Staff is friendly and very amenable! Course is a Peter Jacobson layout. They have survived COVID I think the only aspect of the course, and I believe they're working on it, is the bunkers. They need some work and sand. Other than that a great place to play and meet fellow golfers.
