About
Cypress Ridge Golf Club stretches along the Central Coast, taking its name from the abundant cypress trees that are scattered throughout the course. The scenic and hilly terrain is the star of this layout, it provides challenging ups-and-downs but also stunning views. The smooth, fast greens are often elevated, as are many of the tees. The strategic placement of the bunkers was determined by the natural contours of the landscape. Though the golf course has many challenges to offer, playability is also a key feature. Golfers of all skill levels can approach Cypress Ridge Golf Club with confidence. Water does not have a prominent presence but it does come into play on the finishing par-5 hole. The golf course is a local favorite for both the enjoyable round itself and the friendly staff.

Amazing track
Always a good time at this course. Everyone is friendly. Course and clubhouse always in great shape. Great food and drink. Definitely my favorite local course to play.
worn and tired
The course gets a lot of play and appears that it is from a loyal local crowd. For the price I paid I would have expected better playing conditions. Pace of play was poor because you come by the clubhouse a couple of times on the front 9 and people are making refreshment stops with each pass. I think it is a good locals course but I wouldn't make it a stop on a road trip.

The course is well kept. Lots of fun to play. Wish there was a cart service
Fun time
Had fun playing the course.....front nine was more friendly to average golfers...back nine was hilly with up and down shots fun but very challenging. Overall yes I would come back and play it again.

Course in good shape
It was a gorgeous day for golf. Highly recommend this course. It’s got it’s rolling terrain and we’ll as nice placed pins.
Cypress
The course layout is nice. Course maintenance is an issue fairways and greens are great but the sand traps are not maintained at all it seems with weeds and berry little sand , mostly dirt, which is a real shame considering the beauty of the course generally the cypress trees are lovely. All in all a fun course. I would play it again.

Thanks Cypress Ridge staff for keeping a great course together. Fun! Shot the best round of my life from the white tees. Played 18 holes in 2 1/2 hours. Fantastic day!

Love this course. Very challenging (especially the greens.
Well kept, green grass, minimal trouble, greens roll pretty fast, but overall… HIGH MARKS.
This is the second best course, in my opinion… the first is
PASO ROBLES GOLF CLUB, which used to be private, now
a public course, that is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS !!!
