About
Cypress Ridge Golf Club stretches along the Central Coast, taking its name from the abundant cypress trees that are scattered throughout the course. The scenic and hilly terrain is the star of this layout, it provides challenging ups-and-downs but also stunning views. The smooth, fast greens are often elevated, as are many of the tees. The strategic placement of the bunkers was determined by the natural contours of the landscape. Though the golf course has many challenges to offer, playability is also a key feature. Golfers of all skill levels can approach Cypress Ridge Golf Club with confidence. Water does not have a prominent presence but it does come into play on the finishing par-5 hole. The golf course is a local favorite for both the enjoyable round itself and the friendly staff.

Fun course.
The combo tee is a fun way to get a mix of whites and blues.
One of the best courses on the Central Coast
Great course conditons, perfect weather, The pace of play was great, staff is good too.

Nice Course, Good Value
One of the nicest public courses in San Luis Obispo County. Played 18 holes in 3 hours on a Friday morning. Friendly staff and reasonably good maintenance.
This my 3rd or 4th time playing here. I never score well. Some of the jokes do not suit my eye especially on the back nine. That’s just me. I will play here again
Very nice course
Course was beautiful except for bunkers. Most had sand that was mostly dirt and mud. Fairways and greens were great.
Excellent value
Course was in very good shape. Fairways and greens were excellent. Most bunkers were raked. Course layout from the whites was challenging but fair, interesting. Very friendly staff. Great practice facilities with large putting and chipping greens and grass driving range. Got there at 7 and the range wasn’t open yet which was disappointing but got some good putting and chipping practice. Will definitely play again.

Played in January enjoyed it very much! Only thing wrong was pace of play this time ! See big improvements in course
Golf Bliss
Best golfing experience of my life. Drove 3 hours there and 3 hours back in same day. Not an ounce of regret Played 36 holes solo all day. Course layout is my biggest compliment with conditions a close second. It's not poppy but I liked that. I felt at home all day. No country club atmosphere snootiness to speak of. I love to complain so when I don't have anything negative to say, I take notice. Course goes up and down all day. No two holes even resembled each other. Instantly my favorite new course. I'll be back asap.
