Indian Hills Golf Club
About
Nestled in the foothills of Riverside County, Indian Hills Golf Club incorporates a range of different elevation changes. The elevated tees provide great views of the surrounding hills while the tricky raised greens make up the bulk of the course's difficulty. Conveniently, the spacious layout doesn't have any parallel fairways. The undulating terrain guarantees that you'll come across a few uneven lies and there are also a few tough blind shots in store. Water hazards come into play on a few holes as do strategically placed bunkers but the focus remains on the dramatic drops and rises of the terrain. There is an especially daunting drop on the 16th hole. The challenging layout and scenic views have built Indian Hills' reputation as one of southern California's best public golf courses.

Good course. Terrible pace
Not to many complaints about the course itself but we got stuck behind 2 groups of 4 that looked to be together. They were pretty inconsiderate in terms of pace. Marshall needs to do a better job in managing that! What should’ve been a 4 hour or so round turned in to 6 hours and 15 minutes.
Indian Very Hilly
A very enjoyable round of golf. Fairways are tight from some tee areas. Greens are in good shape and can be challenging. Some of the rough was long around greens and made for some interesting chip shoots. The elevated tee areas were fun. The entire course seems to play through the housing community so play a straight tee shot. As a side note, checkout the solar panels on the homes ( right side of the fairways) some look like they went through WWll. Will play again in the future.
Good range of challenge
I enjoyed the different kind of holes that this course gives
Get out there before you bake.
Good conditions today, greens were good, fairways were okay for the most part. Lots of St. Augustine grass which is thriving with the heat. Some tee boxes could be helped, didn’t find myself in any bunkers today so I can’t comment on them. I will say many times when I was just off the fairway I moved it to play quicker & have a better result. Wish there was a hitting net so you can swing a little before the round. ??
Overall if you’re looking to play a pretty quick round in the Riverside area for not much money (in todays terms anyways) this is your place.
Decent enough
Greens are nice and decent course layout. But price is a bit steep for quality
Beginner Beware
I am a fellow beginner. Staff/clients are more adamant about where your cart path goes. The course itself is quite narrow and your ball will likely end up in a bush or someone's window. There are houses on close sides to the course and can get very tight if you are inexperience. Lot of uphill courses and drops played. Would come back once I get better haha.
Great enough
For 70 dollars on the weekend it's not perfect, but the price is honestly worth it. Pretty ice with lots of long holds.
Great pace of play, greens were in excellent condition!
Must play
Course is in best condition I've seen in 10yrs friendly staff and great food.
Challenging and fun course
First time playing a happy with the course and green conditions. Surprise that many greens had tiers which made putting interesting. Super fast speeds added to the challenge and added to the fun. Definitely will be back
