White Heron Golf Club

A little pricey. Like all corses in Central Florida

A great day playing White Herron! I’ve been play at White Herron every February for the last 4 years and every year the course is better. The greens are just excellent. Tee boxes are greatly improved. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely play the course a few more times before heading back north.

It's obviously much older than anything else we played while in Orlando. The clubhouse needs a lot of attention. The course has water on 16 of the 18 holes, and the doglegs are a challenge. Greens were fine, and traps were actually in good shape. The course didn't roll...very damp and that was after weeks of no rain. We got a great deal with Golf Now, so weren't disappointed.

I chose this course from Google Search and found a Article,TOP 10 "MOST IMPROVED" course in Orlando area. This is #1.

As I didn't play the course before, what ever the improvements were, they did a great job! Very friendly place to play and a good challenge albeit from any of the tees. I played Senior Yellow,because I am, and enjoyed every hole. Price is justified compared to surrounding courses of this caliber.

Course was fun to play, but needs work. Lot of weeds in the fairways and greens. Bunkers were well kept. Some fairways are narrow, but carts had a digital screen to help you steer clear of hazards. #10 tee area is confusing and needs a rebuild. Restrooms did not have soap or paper towels. It would not take much effort to make this course nicer.

The course has a wonderfully challenging layout making it very enjoyable. Pace of play was wonderful as well as the staff. Will definitely be back.

I'm assuming a new management group is involved with this course. My garmin had the nines reversed, so a change there. The layout is challenging, with water hazards on most holes and fairway bunkering making accuracy off the tee critical. Greens were firm and putted nicely. The clubhouse area and other facilities are somewhat dated but the GPS on the new carts was a nice feature. I can't understand, however, why the primary teeboxes on #10 were converted into additional putting greens, requiring a 5 iron layup off the tee or challenges you to drive the green. And, the new green on #18 creates a second drivable par 4, which slows play on a course without an apparent ranger. Still, a satisfying day on a course I'd recommend, just bring your fairway finder off the tee.

Great place to play course is in great shape. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great GM and cart girl. Would recommend to anyone. Pace of play less than 4 hours. Greens rolling well!!!!

White Heron is a great golf course. If you are a beginner you may want to move up tees given that there is a lot of water. It is a great value per round. Pace of play, especially on week days, is very good. The course is both fun and challenging at times.

Tremendous layout. Has the potential to be the best track in central Florida. Currently in very good shape and can’t be beat for the money. Pace of play was fantastic and surroundings were very pretty

The staff was top notch. Glenn in the clubhouse was extremely nice and very helpful. Would recommend playing this course for certain
