About
The East Course is one of two four-star rated championship courses at Jacaranda Golf Club. Both golf courses have a tropical landscape covered with ponds, canals, colorful landscaping, and of course plenty of swaying palms. The East Course is the longer of the two courses. It has served as host for several PGA and USGA tournaments and qualifying events. The layout features tree-lined, undulating fairways and raised, sloped greens. It offers a challenge at almost every turn with 80 bunkers strategically placed throughout and water hazards on 15 holes. Some of the bunkers are built into the mounding complexes, giving them sod faces and high lips that are difficult to navigate. Those that manage them successfully though will be rewarded with excellent scoring opportunities. The popularity of the two golf courses has affirmed Jacaranda as one of the best places to play in southeast Florida.

Greens need aeration
Greens are very inconsistent. Lots of black mold.
We are sorry you found the greens to be inconsistent. We don't hear that very often, especially this time of the year as we work very hard to keep both courses in tip top shape.
There's definitely not mold on them and they are aerated twice a year during the slower summer months. We sincerely hope you have an opportunity to return to Jacaranda.
Always in great condition
Played the East Course with a buddy. Great condition. It’s nice to know that good shots are rewarded by makable putts. Pace of play was reasonable for this time of year. About 4hrs.

Enjoyable round
First time playing the course, pace of play was excellent. Enjoyed the layout, conditions were solid.

Jacaranda East
Course is in great shape and greens were very fast ev en though they just place sand in them. Pace of play could have been better. Tee box, fairways and greens are impressive! I played again the next day. I would highly recommend playing here.

Usually a great course but greens not up to reputation ... overall layout is nice

Good
Coarse in good shape. Fairways great and not too narrow. Greens seemed thin to the eye but were true and rolled well. Speed was fast from above the hole.

Staff is friendly
This course gets fulll. It is not a fast pace course but the starters try and keep the groups in threes or fours when possible. The ranger asked us if we were waiting a long time and even though we were following a foursome that was a little behind we said it was ok. He went to ask the others behind us how they felt before he just immediately told the group ahead of us to speed up. I like this approach as it allows everyone a chance to have input on the pace of play for the given moment. The staff is great all around. The course is challenging with water and tricky greens that don’t always break toward the water.

Jacaranda East
Enjoyed playing this course but late tee time and pace of play didn't allow us to finish. Plush fringes allowed for putting from off the green. Greens were quite quick.

Pace and greens dissapointing
Usually this course is in good to great condition but testerday the greens were slow and no smooth at all(bumpy).
Also tge pace of play was over 5 hours. Just horrible
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your experience at Jacaranda last week. The GPS system helps us to keep the pace of play around 4 hours at all times and when we fall behind a ranger should be able to get us back on track. We will address that issue with our staff immediately and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
Playable
I enjoyed the east course. Condition not as nice as November., yet they charge more money. Course was empty probably because of expense. I played on hot deal at $60 wich is max I would pay. I wish staff would value me as a customer and not treat as another number. Competition is great courses should go the extra mile.

Average course at premium price
Courses (both) have great designs and decent greens. Do not like the rake in cart consept as each and every bunker looked like a muni bunker and there was plenty of bunkers. Lunch options was sub par and no need for ranger as they did nothing about players hacking their way through the course and stamping around in the bunkers without raking
Nice course is my overall review but not worth the price they are asking

That was great for the Price i paid but AT the full price it,s no for me.
We are glad you enjoyed your round at Jacaranda and that you got a great deal as well! This is our high season but we put a lot of money into the course every year to keep them in such great condition. We look forward to your next visit!

Very nice course. Good pace of play. Course in good condition. A bit on the expensive side but to be expected this time of year. Would play again.
