East at Jacaranda Golf Club
About
The East Course is one of two four-star rated championship courses at Jacaranda Golf Club. Both golf courses have a tropical landscape covered with ponds, canals, colorful landscaping, and of course plenty of swaying palms. The East Course is the longer of the two courses. It has served as host for several PGA and USGA tournaments and qualifying events. The layout features tree-lined, undulating fairways and raised, sloped greens. It offers a challenge at almost every turn with 80 bunkers strategically placed throughout and water hazards on 15 holes. Some of the bunkers are built into the mounding complexes, giving them sod faces and high lips that are difficult to navigate. Those that manage them successfully though will be rewarded with excellent scoring opportunities. The popularity of the two golf courses has affirmed Jacaranda as one of the best places to play in southeast Florida.

Great day all around
Start with a knowledge, professional, and helpful staff from the bag drop to the Pro Shop to the Starter to the refreshment cart on course and you have the makings for a great day. On a very difficult but fair course.
Jacaranda East
I played as a single at 8:30 in the morning and was paired with two others. I had played the west course the day before and came back for the east course.
We played the first three holes fairly quickly as we were all decent players. (2 -8 hcp). We then ran upon several twosomes that were playing very slowly. I don't understand why clubs don't pair these folk up. We as a three some actually played through several twosomes. There was no ranger on site to encourage players to speed up their routine.
We finished our round and noticed that one of the twosomes we went through were five holes behind us. Miserable pace.
Jacaranda.... please invest in a couple guys to help this kind of scenario. Lord knows there are enough retired guys in the area that can do the work!!
One of the Best in the area!
1st time playing the East Course. Great design and layout. Conditions were close to perfect with everything well manicured and greens fast and true. The condition of the course is right on par with most other "high end" courses in the south FL area. Price($$$.00)is not great but fair. Only issue at hand was confusion in ProShop and or Golfnow? When booking a tee time different prices are listed for "resident" and non. Could not choose both. Being honest booked the 3 some as "Non-resident" with no worries could be adjusted at check in. Pro Shop staff would not give the Resident his rate? Would Love to come back to course but Resident that we visit refuses to return when such a simple issue could not be resolved. This issue should be addressed by the Course and Golfnow so courses do not lose business in the future.
Nice course
The fairways, greens, and rough are in good green shape. Lots of room to hit balls without losing them and a good variety of bunkers. Had an excellent lunch and beer in clubhouse afterwords. On the pricier end.
Very nice
Nicely manicured course.
Challenging. Great pace of play.
Starter ruined my golf day!!!
I had a tee time as a single but playing with another 3some. Starter sent me out a a single and there was no where to go as they had many 4somes on the course. I waited on every shot and after 14 holes gave up and went home. NOte to starter. Please dont send a single out unless the course is open in front of him.
Also the smell that was coming from the water treatment plant her by was unbearable
First time on the East Course
My son and I played the west course about 5 years ago and came back to try the east. We were not disappointed. Course was in excellent shape and the gps in the cart was very helpful. The only negative was the service we had at lunch during a rain delay. The bartender placed our order only after waving her down and then we found out after about 20 minutes that the order was never placed. But back to the course- very good.
Nice surprise
Most holes are challenging. Greens are elevated and putt true. Water and sand in play on most every hole. First time playing West and East courses. Very nice surprise and I'll definitely come back.
Great value great condition
Great value from golf now $20 the conditions of the golf course was very good I recommend this course to anyone 5 stars
Great Track
Our 1st time on Jacaranda East. Service wasn't great on the front end but that was the only issue all day. Tees, fairways and greens were all in wonderful shape. Wind played a big factor adding a 1-2 club adjustment all morning. Played at our own pace finishing in less than four hours. Careful on your approach as the greens are tough to navigate. Cart girl on both sides, Bloody Mary was $10 but delicious. Teed it up from 6300 yards (white) and it was quite challenging for a couple of mid handicappers (12 & 15). A little pricey at $105 but worth it.
Nice course!
We have been looking forward to play this course for a couple of years on visits. Finally had the chance and it did not disappoint. Excellent condition from tee box to green. Nice surroundings. Perfect day and great pace. Highly recommend.
Very well mainted. Better be on your game to score well. Pin placements were tricked.
Great layout, excellent condition i.e., tee boxes, fairways, greens, bunckers. Good practice range.Well trained staff and very friendly. Can't Waite to return.
Course is in great shape.
I played the East course during the summer and then twice during the first week of December, and the course has been in spectacular shape all year. You can tell they put a lot of money into its maintenance. Of all the local courses in a similar price range, Jacaranda has been my favorite. Challenging, but fair. Greens are fair.
Driving range and practice area are great if you like to warm up before your round. I'd highly recommend playing here.
Just another round.
Being from the golf capital of the world PBG. It's worth every penny and the 55 min travel. Look for the HotDeal. Way better than Abacoa and North Palm Beach C.C combined. Guess are snow bird neighbors in southern PBC and Broward are getting the better end of a bargain. Hit em straight!
Exceptional
This was one of the best tracks I have experienced in Florida. It had the feel of a private club, with immaculate fairways, large undulating greens and five sets of tee boxes to choose from. We played the #3 tee boxes which are the equivalent of white men's tees, plenty long enough with most par 4's measuring about 400 yards. Bunkers guarded every green, with perfect sand that spoiled this New Englander. Greens rolled true but the grainy nature of the Bermuda grass presented challenges on short putts not struck firmly enough. There was plenty of water, especially on the front 9, but little came into play if you managed the course properly. Playing with locals was a big bonus. Can't wait to play this course again on my next Florida visit.
Fast round
Course is in good condition except for a few burned out weeds but I am sure the grass will grow in . round was 3 1/2 hours everyone was pretty friendly and I got a great deal on golf now .
