Cypress Knoll Golf & Country Club

Went out behind 5 groups 20 players who were suppose to be playing a scramble, they weren’t more like $500 a stoke. Thankfully they only played 9.

Greens were green but slow maybe a 6 or 7

Practice green was more like a 10 - 11

Must have lift 10 putts 6” short.

Even without a Hot Deal tee time, this is a great value. Cypress Knoll rewards you for good shots and tests your creativity and scrambling abilities when you miss. The greens rolled really well and the pace of play for a Sunday wasn't bad at all. I'll go back sooner rather than later.

From the starter to the lady at the front desk everyone was very friendly and was great to be around. They were also very friendly with kids. The clubhouse was very nice and there was water all over the course. The course itself was in the shape I expected for being mid summer in Florida, and parts of it were challenging. You can’t beat the value for this course, and we will come back and play again!

Course is in good shape. Greens are a little slow so the putts need to be hit pretty hard but they look good. Cart paths are pretty ruff could use some help. Counter lady’s are very nice and starter was super friendly. Really hot out there today but still had fun with my son.

Cypress Knoll was a fun course to play. It is is really good condition, with just a few spots on the greens that are under repair. The course is challenging, with somewhat narrow fairways and hazard coming into play on many holes. My son and I enjoyed our round and will definitely be back to play Cypress Knoll in the very near future. For the Hot Deal price on GolfNow, there are few better values for the money in the St. Augustine/Daytona Beach area.

It has been a long time since I played here and from the recent comments the course were positive and I could not agree more. Green rolled true and fairways and aprons were in great condition. There are some tricky holes but fair and think that anyone in the area needs to go play this. The designer Gary Player wants all players to enjoy themselves and Cypress Knoll did not disappoint.

This is a really nice layout. Really nice people. Enjoyed the course. My only issue was with the sandwich afterwords. Ordered the Turkey BLT which sounds like a Turkey Club (my fave). But it was a tiny Sandwich with 2 razor thin slices of Turkey. I know for next time. I’ll try the Burger.

Always enjoy playing Cypress Knoll! The course has greatly improved in recent years.

Played here for the first time with a late Sunday morning tee time. It was just before a weekly men's group at Noon. Pace of play was very good with a four hour round for us couples foursome. The greens had been aerated the prior week so the fees were low. Greens seem like they will be in better than average condition once they come back from being punched. Many of the fairways are elevated to a degree. So, if you tend to not be don the middle, it can be frustrating if you hit to the sides and your ball rolls into penalty areas. Some fairway issues (condition/drought/weed killer) but not impacting play. As a public course in this part of Florida...that all seem to have one issue or another...this round was enjoyable and I would return and recommend.

Greens were areated and sanded. A bit bumpy. All in all nice course with good level of challenges. Fun to play!

Course was in excellent condition,. Interesting layout in a very wooded area. Fast and clean greens.

Tight course but fun to play. A couple of greens had bare spots but overall the course was in pretty good condition.

The Cypress course is in good shape and is playing well. Greens are in good to excellant shape. Good value

First round here, but it won’t be the last.

Friendly staff, starter even put our clubs on the cart while I was paying for the round.

Greens are in better shape than most pricey courses.

Fairways aren’t far behind.

Kudos to the crew. I don’t think we saw one piece of trash or even a cigarette butt all day.

Hidden gem for sure!
