Just OK....
The course had some fun holes, but mostly just average. Go off the fairways and greens the turf not so good. Older course, showing its age. Worth $35 I paid.

Snow bird bogie
Much....Much approved greens over last year. Cleared a lot of rough. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will play it several more times.
Enjoyed very much
We enjoyed playing golf very much. The only complaint I have is the water fountain. That day we needed a lot of water to drink. When we got to the water fountain, it was absolutely filthy. Just a little scrubbing would make it shine. Still thanks for a great course.

Fun, challenging, well maintained...great pace of play
This was my first time playing Cypress Knoll. My wife had injured her wrist prior to golf so she couldn't play but wanted to ride along with me. They have a very friendly policy about ride alongs...$5 rider fee. We were paired with a delightful couple from Indiana and had a fantastic day on the course. The front nine is pretty narrow but the course design is meant to make you play more strategically. I was trying to just bomb it and lost several balls on the front nine. I settled down and played for position on the back and had a much better score and lost only one golf ball. The course was in great condition, the greens rolled true and were very receptive, bunkers had plenty of sand. The driving range was grass tees. Overall, great day at a fun and challenging golf course!
What a improvement
In the 3 yrs. I have been playing this course it has made a tremendous improvement. The new owners have spend a ton of money on the course and the buildings. Glad they are showing signs of improvement in all the areas. They also have a great grounds keeper in Kyle.

Cypress knoll
The course and staff are great overall. The only issue is with some of the members playing in tournaments that I’ve encountered the last two weeks. I’ve had a tee time before their tournament started and a couple teams will tee off early then get mad when I tee off at my scheduled time. Not a staff issue but a player issue.

Disappointing conditions
This course is a bit of a faded gem. You can see how it was quite lush in its day, but it’s being too neglected and not worth $50 greens fees these days. Obviously climate has been rough on the grass lately, but bunkers were sloppy, long dead leaves had not been blown, tee boxes were poor, etc. staff were friendly and helpful., but management is neglecting what should be a very nice course

Great course
It is very well taken care of gem. The greed where in great shape snd the course is very challenging. I would recommend anyone to play this wonderful course
Not a great game
We had a tee time booked, starter sent us off the back nine saying there was a large group going off despite there being a large number of empty tee times around the tee time I picked less than 24 hours prior.
On 10 we were stuck behind three people that had never played before as evidenced by balls going straight sideways in to peoples back yards. We jumped them only to catch up to a foursome who must have had $100 on every putt as they putted out 1 footers.. We finished the back in 2.5 hours and when we got to one there were 3 foursomes on the hole, so much for going off the back. I was furious by this point and just packed up and left. They need to do a better job of time management.
Pace of play is the number 1 complaint in golf. You need to do better than to say we try actually try and do better!
Nothing infuriates golfers more.
