Pace of play is big problem.
There is never a ranger to supervise pace of play, so players take all the time they want. Also after 5 pm, there is people walking and biking in car paths, making it a big risk for both players and passers by, again, no one from Golf course enforces safe practices.

No Room For Error
First time playing Oaks course. I usually play Cypress. Will not be playing this course again. Greens are not in the best of shape. Narrow fairways that are lined with big trees.

slow play, course was in poor condition
Course I booked was wide open. Just prior to tee off the starter pulled me over to the other course where we waited on almost every tee to green shot. Course was in below average condition for the price paid. I will not go back.
