Cypress at Palm-Aire Country Club

The people are extremely friendly at this course. From the minute you arrive until you leave they are very accommodating and kind. I highly recommend this course.

Course was packed on a Saturday so not surprised that it took over 4 1/2 hours. Checking in was rather chaotic and poor communication. Starter at the clubhouse said go to 1st tee starter but never told us how to get there as the Cypress course is across the road on a dirt access trail from clubhouse. Thankfully my wife and I were paired up with a gentleman who knew the course and gave us helpful info on hole layouts. For the amount of traffic the course sees I thought it was in good condition. I would definitely play again if in the area. Green fees seemed to be priced fairly.

First time my two friends and myself played this course and we all thought it was very nice layout. Many different type holes which made our outing very interesting. Will be back several more times during 2022 to enjoy again. The greens were in top condition, but a few bad spots of some of the fareways needed some work. Overall the course was in good shape and most enjoyable to play. Thanks for giving us a pleasant day.

Played Eagle Trace yesterday and it was fine but slow greens. Played the Cypress Course today and for the money it was a no brainer. Greens were nice and the courses were similar in my opinion.

I remember when the courses were private. The conditions were excellent. Too many unrepaired divots which made the course look old and tired. Some effort should be made to remind golfers to repair these for the benefit of all.

Arriving to the course is very interesting. NO bag drop, no direction to the cart area, very old run down parking lot. You have to carry your bag around to the back of the course and then have to find a cart or load your bags on to a cart which is not a big deal but can be confusing.

Checking in the lady at the counter was very friendly and nice. No complaints there. Cart guys were more interested in the locals than anyone else. The starter when arriving to the first tee on was very friendly and informative. Very nice to talk to while groups ahead teed off.

NO drink cart, no concessions on course and no water on course, make sure you have it with you prior to teeing off.

If you want anything at the turn you have to drive back to the club house which is so far out of the way you will probably cause issues when other foursomes end up cutting in front of you. Doesn't bother me to let folks through but the ones behind will probably complain you cut in front of them.

After round I parking close to the cart path n the return was my best move of the day which allowed us to stop prior to dropping cart off. Just a bad, bad set up when arriving and leaving for bags.

The course was no 63.00 course, maybe $40.00. The greens did roll nice. Fairways sparse but playable. All in all weather was perfect and we played golf on the first day of 2022 with my bride. A good start to a challenging year.

Overall I thought the course was good, somewhat challenging. It was in decent shape, decent value. I’d play here again.

Played the week before Christmas and my wife and I were paired up with a single. Pace of play, course conditions and company were all excellent.
