Best of the 3 Courses
Greens were in good condition. Speed was playable not fast to punish you when you missed.
Have been much better.
Course have been in better condition before although Greenfee has become 33% more expensive.

A lot of potential
Pros:
Great layout. Challenging from the tee with many tight shots off the tee. Not a soft par 3 on the course. Fairways were in decent shape. A lot of big boy par 4’s from back tees. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons:
Greens are slow. Guessing they keep them slow to increase pace of play. No marshals on the course to regulate pace of play. Too many “old man coffees” driving right onto the greens. If you have a medical reason to drive so close to the green at lease stop at the apron - and have some respect for the grounds crew.
Would love to see this track with some decent speed on the greens.

Should Be Zero Stars
An absolute goat ranch with the ego of PGA National. Paid for 18, played 9 because it took 4 hours. The cart girl is literally the bird lady from Home Alone, so try not to have a heart attack when she pops out of no where and offers you raw pigeon feed. On a serious note, the course is totally over played, overbooked, and beware of the hackers with zero self awareness/etiquette that they pair you with. Never in my life have I played with a couple that insisted on playing out their ball every hole. They must've shot 150 on the front at Cypress. Management clearly has no regard for pace of play or the livelihood of their home course. DO NOT COME HERE. GO TO TOP GOLF OR GO TO YOUR LOCAL WATERING HOLE AND PLAY GOLDEN TEE. YOU WILL HONESTLY HAVE MORE FUN ALLOWING YOUR WIFE TO HIT DRIVER INTO YOUR NUTSACK OVER ATTEMPTING TO RELAX ON THIS COURSE
Besides beaten up patches on the greens, great course!
Overall, this course was spectacular. The staff were very friendly, the pace of play was solid, and the course played really well. A few of the greens were in a couple of patches, but most were great! besides that it was in great condition. When I played, the wind was brutal which added some difficulty to the play, but I was fun!
Love this place!
Teed off at 7:08 (10th tee) and played nine by 8:10.
