Not horrible course but lots of room for improvement.

Course needs a lot of work.Tees, fairway and greens were not horrible but lots of room for improvement. The course should be priced as a value course and not $85 .I live in NYC area so I’m used to paying $$$ for golf but quality courses not courses like this. On a highlight, all staff was very nice and pleasant

You can see that 30 years ago this course had a good layout. It has been totally forgotten. Holes shortened, NO upkeep. Cart paths are dangerous!

Tee boxes uncut for weeks! Fairways covered in bird stuff. Etc! Dead spots in the grass! And on and on! It is in awful shape! 2/10….

Palm Aire - Cypress Course

Nice course needs a little TLC in the fairways. Long 4 hour 10 minute round as we waited on over half the holes. Marshall was much needed to get the two groups in front of us to pick up the pace. Will play the course again.
