Diamond Valley Golf Club is an easy drive into Hemet Valley from a number of locations including San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles. Though it's easily accessible, the course is tucked away in the San Jacinto Mountains, offering a feel of peaceful seclusion. The layout encompasses a variety of terrain, from scenic waterscapes to lush, rolling hills covered with native plants and grasses. With dramatic elevation changes from tee to green, this course isn't walker friendly, which can easily be overlooked if you're looking for a truly formidable test. The sloping nature of the landscape lends a different character to each hole and the elevated tees provide panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. One of Diamond Valley Golf Club's most memorable holes is the par-3 17th. It's as scenic as it is challenging, requiring a short iron to wedge shot over a cascading waterfall.

Good day of golf
Wish I could have played it with someone with experience in terms of where the actual flag was, and where you could hit without being in trouble. For a first time player without knowledge of landing zones ( or in this case, the roll of the ball), it was difficult. Some holes we didn't even know where we were going or which flag was ours. Playing the course again would be awesome, but it is too far away to try again.
Good round
Great course in a quiet serein location between the mountains of Hemet. I love this course and will play it several times before the year is out. Pace of play is good but I have never seen a marshal. I put a low grade for price due to the course had just got the greens punched but they didn't cut the price like all other courses. Greens were a bit bumpy as you can imagine. Great overall course and I highly recommend you give it a try. it gets hot in Hemet so go out early.
great day to play
very friendly staff and the pace of play was good.
Diamond in the rough
Very nice condition. Some unique layout holes. Bunkers could use a bit more sand around the greens but overall, course was in excellent condition.
great deal / golf
little bit of a ride out there and watch for the big bums on the road, but once there very nice. greens were excellent.
One of my favorites
This is a well keep course with challenging fairways. A wide variety of elevations from tee to green. Greens are fast and deceptive so careful examination is suggested .
Had a great time and enjoy it every time .
Great staff ,very friendly.
The overall course for this time of year was in great shape. The grounds crew do an excellent job. We love playing Diamond Valley.
Great course! Fantastic greens!
Fantastic greens, beautiful fairways, nice lakes and bunkers. Fun and challenging, will definitely be back!
Excellent course!! Beautiful and a challenge!
Fantastic greens, beautiful fairways, nice lakes and bunkers! All around great and fun course! Will definitely be back!
wide open spaces
I played at 1pm on Sunday, took a few friends who'd never golfed before. The course was wide open, hardly anyone there. Which made it easy to help them through their first round. The course was in fine shape.
Greens have gotten better
The first time I went here the greens and fairways were horrible, but went out again about 3 weeks ago and the course had new life. The fairways were green, the greens were in great condition and got to play 18 holes in 31/2 hours.
heads up
before booking a time even if it is a good deal find out if they have a scramble. they take for ever.
the golf course should do the same!
first time at a new course
green were very fast best green I ever played the over all course excellent lot of love here
Great Course
Well architected. Fairways and greens were outstanding
Bring your A game
I like this place a lot. Greens challenging...course lay out is fun.
Exceptional value
Everything was exactly as it should be. It's a golf course that focuses on level tee boxes, well tended bunkers, smooth putting surfaces and plush fairways. You know, golf. Add to that a beautiful setting and SoCal weather and you have a memorable golf experience. Not for the novice.
Pro shop
Pro shop was the pits no one new what to do and when to do it out of carts got there at 12 for a 12:50 tee time no carts did not tee off till about 1:40 or so and it was not that busy parking lot half full The Lady at the desk was lost will not return.
POOR STAF
THIS COURSE USED TO BE ONE OF MY FAVORITES, NEW MANAGEMENT HAS RUN THIS COURSE IN THE GROUND. I HAVE BEEN 3 TIMES IN LAST 6 MONTHS AND EVERY TIME I AM FRUSTRATED AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE FOOD WAS ALSO POOR. I'M SORRY TO SAY BUT I WONT BE BACK TO THIS POORLY RUN COURSE.
Great Character
Coming from always playing Morongo GC to Diamond Valley was like going from a Volkswagen to a BMW as far as conditions. The greens at Diamond Valley were beautiful, rolling very true. This is truly a hidden gem in the Inland Empire... could play there everyday and not get bored as the course has a lot of character.
Very interesting course
Enjoyed the course very much. Suggest white tees at 6200 yds. Don't need the driver on a lot of holes unless you hit it straight. Greens were very good. Putts roll out very well. Watch your speed. You need to think about club selection off the tee's. Tight fairways with lots of trouble available off them. If you like a challenge this is a good one.
