Diamond Valley Golf Club is an easy drive into Hemet Valley from a number of locations including San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles. Though it's easily accessible, the course is tucked away in the San Jacinto Mountains, offering a feel of peaceful seclusion. The layout encompasses a variety of terrain, from scenic waterscapes to lush, rolling hills covered with native plants and grasses. With dramatic elevation changes from tee to green, this course isn't walker friendly, which can easily be overlooked if you're looking for a truly formidable test. The sloping nature of the landscape lends a different character to each hole and the elevated tees provide panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. One of Diamond Valley Golf Club's most memorable holes is the par-3 17th. It's as scenic as it is challenging, requiring a short iron to wedge shot over a cascading waterfall.

Always a joy to golf here
This course is in very good shape, maintainence staff does a great job. front end staff awesome , who would not love Dick
water and sand make for a interesting round
we have played this course before but this year it is in the best shape ever. greens were fast. will play again before going home.
Always welcoming
There is very seldom a bad day at diamond valley. Great lay out. No houses to hit. If it rains this course dry out the fastest. The smiles are never ending!!! Love it!!
Course with awesome view & very nice greens.
This course will really test your skills. Fairways and greens in good shape. Even most of the bunkers are not bad compared to other public courses. I really enjoyed playing this course.
good clean course
light rough, great greens, course maintained above other courses I've played and not over watered.
good course poor sandwich at the restaurant
Golf was good ,greens were fast and tough stopped at the resturant and purchased a sandwich which was dry .
Needs water
The layout of the course was great, challenging holes but also forgiving... which is good, speeds up the play as your not hunting for lost balls. Worth the drive from palm springs (45mins)
could be a diamond but...
Beautiful setting. Greens good, putt true. fairways very thin ,patchy and hard, made fairway and approach shots difficult (at least for me). Played a twilight and got out late but staff was good enough to put us out on the back 9 which positioned us well to move along quickly so we could complete 18. Played Golf Now at well below rack rate which made it a good value. Don't think I'd pay full rate.
Status quo
The course is always kept in great condition. We have played it plenty of times and have never been disappointed by the condition of the course. Challenging but fair. Definitely worth the money.
primo moss
I love diamond valley, it is always in great shape and is very challenging. It is also very affordable. I don't mind the 45 minute drive because i know it will be worth it.
VERY SLOW PLAY
Too many beer drinkers with no etiquette trying to play golf and less than average skilled golfers playing from tee boxes way beyond their skillset.
This course is great
This course is fun to play. The driving range is also good. The staff is friendly and the service is good
Hidden Gem
Well maintained course off the beaten path. Very scenic location and a course well worth the drive.
Hidden Gem
This course was a very pleasant surprise. Well maintained, very diverse layout. Nice views of the valley and surrounding area. Water holes that require a good shot to carry, sand traps, rolling greens, some elevated greens, and this course requires strategy to make your best score. Really a very fun course. I had a regular to help guide me around. Your first time here will have you scratching your head. When it's all said and done, your score is the exact reflection of how well you hit the ball. If you are hitting good shots, you will have a good score.
Good Deal
Great deal, saved a bunch. Course was good. It's not really close to much of anything.
The course is for the most part flat.
First time playing this course and enjoyed it very much. Having course knowledge would have been a big help. The greens are big, but run from left to right on many of the holes leaving you with a distance accurate approach shot or else you fly the green. Overall it was fun to play and had several challenging holes on it. Some of the greens looked a little beat up because some of the golfers who preceded us were to lazy to fix their ball marks, but that's not the golf course's fault.
Gary Player
Woman in clubhouse was extremely rude and wouldn't help us out with anything. Said it was company policy? I hope not.
fun place to play
as a first timer,i didn't know what to expect.we played with a couple that played there often, and they were very helpful.all holes were different and placing the ball was imperative.there seemed to be a lot of fairways that dropped off on both sides, making your drive critical.the greens were really slow, and a little hard to read.overall this was a great course and fun to play.good value.too bad it's a long way from home and was not easy to find.some road signs would have been helpful.i'll go back, but it will be a while.
Gem of the valley
A great course that rewards good play, but is not unfair when your game is off a little.
