Coyote Hills Golf Course

Friendly staff encountered all day. Pace of play was great for a mid week round. 4 hrs. Course was very challenging. Left the driver in the bag on most holes and when I didn't the role out put me in the hazard sometimes. Course management is a must. Fairways are dry and firm but greens were receptive and in great shape. Flag hunting was in play. All in all a great Course worth playing again.

Beautiful facility with Friendly staff. Recent aeration so greens were little rough. Pace of play was absolutely brutal over 5hrs for a 1pm tee time. One guy in our foursome gave up after the 10th because we were at 3 hrs.. Definitely didnt help having the grounds keeper mowing greens late afternoon on a Friday .

Haven't played this course in 10 years - was interested in seeing how well I would do as my skill set has matured. Unfortunately the Coyote Hills that I remembered does not exist anymore. Overall conditions were awful. Fairways were dried out grass, mainly hard packed. 'Rough' was non-existent, just an extension of the 'fairway. Bunkers has a small layer of sand, but primarily hard packed mud. Greens were Ok but ball marks all over. My round was over 4 hours long (mid-week) when I drove off after hole 12.

Slow play! Don’t play Tuesdays lady’s group almost a hours behind no ambassadors in sight even after calling to ask for assistance. No range as well so if your looking to warm up... think again. To much money for what they offer. But if a disappointment.

I left my rangefinder on the cart at the cart drop off, but it hasn’t been handed in. Slightly disappointed as this cart was left with a staff member so I had high hopes of getting this back.

Played here Monday, bump into lots of hikers. Course in average condition. $160 for two players, just average. Fairway and bunkers need to be fixed. Definitely not 4 stars.

Absolutely love the layout of this course and the pace of play. The pro shop and starter were very friendly. However, the condition of the course was poor in a lot of places which is ironic because we saw plenty of maintenence guys on the holes we played that were in good condition. The reason we noticed this was because they ran the water sprinklers on two separate holes we were trying to play on and they were honestly rude to say the least. We even waved at one guy and he just stared at us soulless as we drove by. Maybe they didn't get the memo that golfers were coming to play? Anyways, the layout and pace was far too good to leave a bad review overall. Hope this is helpful. Hit em straight.

Great layout and pace of play. Greens were in great shape. Overall, the course itself was very dry. This course condition has gone downhill since American golf took over management. Apparently the have fear of water and always seem to be cutting costs in the worst way. For the price let’s get it back to it’s of glory.
