About
Westridge Golf Club is a challenging layout designed by Robert Muir Graves, a familiar name in California golf. Graves has designed many of the state's most popular courses including Boundary Oak in Walnut Creek and Quail Lodge Golf Club in Carmel. At just under 6,450 yards, Westridge G.C. is seemingly short but what it lacks in length it makes up for with more than 60 sand bunkers strategically placed alongside the narrow fairways and sloping greens. There are also some holes that offer interesting risk-reward opportunities for adventurous big hitters. The elevation changes throughout provide difficult uphill and downhill shots that will depend almost entirely on proper club selection. Water hazards also come into play on four holes. The golf course finishes with a dramatic par 5 that plays downhill against the winds to a rolling fairway and then into a fiercely protected green.

Hilly Billy Golf
Greens were fast, must play the hills or go out of bounds. Good amount of bunkers and elevation changes can make a break your round. Surprised to find out the bar is open to 10 pm so plan accordingly.
Worse cart manager!
Just an opinion but you really need a new cart manager who is a people person. The one you gave now is gruff and is a jerk to most customers. Too brass and arrogant with customers!
Overall amazing course
A lot of people on here giving bad reviews go to a tee time on the weekend!!! What do you expect on a weekend for the pace of play! Of course it’s gonna be slow that’s how golf is sometimes. You shouldn’t play 18 if you have somewhere to go after unless it’s a early morning tee time because golf is supposed to be played at a slower pace. But over all a very challenging course not for Beginner golfers. Fairways need a little work but the greens are fast and on point.
Lousy General Manager
General Manager has not called me back for three weeks since someone hit my car in the parking lot and driver did not leave a note. GM has not return three messages in three weeks!
Sunday @ Westridge
We had a 9:03am tee time on 4/11/2021. We teed off at 9:45am. The cart breaks down at the 100 yard marker in the fairway on the 1st hole. They got us a cart on the 2nd tee box, good job. When we got to the 4th tee it is 11am. We were done after 9 holes of snail pace golf. Our 1st golf shot 9:45am, we hole out on # 9 green at 12:50am.
This was not the best way for me to spend my time & my money. A tee time does not matter at Westridge golf course, unless you're the 1st group out... Over booked & over rated
No cutting in line....
I would of have a better review, but there are too many people jumping all over the course.. Before I know it, the people I was following, another twosome showed up behind them. The pace of play was bad because of it.
6 Hour Round
Started 25 minutes after our tee time and pace of play was a joke!
Little short for lady's players, but with hazard and narrow fairway it's not easy for a good score.
For the location on the hill, the course layout is narrow and sloping down a lot. If you can play with accurate aiming and shot you can get a good score.
