From the Cimarron Tees, the course measures 6,747 yards, featuring a course rating of 72.0 and a slope of 124. Alongside the Championship Boulder Course, Cimarron Golf Resort also provides an executive par 55, called the Pebble Course, as well as excellent practice amenities that include a grass driving range, a short game area, and a putting green. Nice desert course

Played on a Thursday got out early and played in a little over three hours! Pretty much what I expected for a desert course. Only reason not a five was the bunkers. Sand was hard from probably the sprinkler system so they were inconsistent. Greens were a fair speed and read pretty true.

The course has a good layout. All of the fairways and greens were in excellent condition. The course rule to free drop back on the grass ment never having to hit from the desert. Very enjoyable although the pace was a little slow.

Excellent course with views of mountains in Palm Springs

Somewhat forgiving course in excellent condition. Greens were perfect, and all our lies in the Fairway were perfect. My occasional slice stayed in play because the fairways were mostly generous. Did not have to worry about hitting into somebody's patio or swimming pool. Lots of sand traps which I happily avoided but I'll remember as if our party did not. Another wonderful day on the golf course.

Fabulous Views

Cimarron wins the prize for being the most scenic course in the Coachella Valley. It’s wide open, with mountain views, wide fairways, and few hazards, so it’s ideal for most ‘average’ golfers that don’t need to be overly challenged. The bar/restaurant serves a nice menu for apres golf.

Great Day

Boulder course is a different style than most of the Palm Springs courses. No trees, no houses, and some wash and waste areas throughout the course. Overall the course was in great shape and the greens were good. We really enjoyed our round.
