Glades at Colony West Country Club

Overall course was in good shape with all the rain from the days before... for the price, it worked for us. Course layout was alittle close hole by hole. Was able to work on some of the clubs i dont use alot (short irons)... Course is good for what you are paying...

With winter rates very high is S.FLA, this course stands out as a good value for the money. The course is not in the best of shape, but if your looking for a fun, good practice course to try and work on all your game, this course will suit your needs. Except for working on your sand shots, as for some reason there's no sand in the bunkers. Also the restaurant/bar area is fairly nice and priced reasonable.

This course receives little or no care. The "new" greens put in a few years ago are diseased already. The fairways and rough have no definitive border. The tee boxes are horrible and every sand trap lacked any sand but plenty of weeds. I play at Seven Bridges and my home course puts The Glades to shame....big time !!!

Since Billy Casper Management took over, the course has seen definite improvement. It is what it is, an executive course with some nice par 3s.

This is a excellent value for the dollar. Wasn't too crowded and very nice.

I take my girlfriend here. I tell her its gonna be great for her because she can make par sometimes but really its so I can birdie all of the short par 4s and boost my own ego ;-) plays fast. great course!!

Weather was great ... Course conditions were poor .. My playing partner who is a beginner thought the course was in very poor condition

Good course for novice or experienced. Can usually play in two and one half hours.

Colony West Glades is a nice ans easy course, good price

The glades needs to be maintained more but it is still a good bang for the buck.

It's a shame that the course has been allowed to fall into such disrepair, This had been a nice little executive course, but now the fairways are nothing more than a cow pasture. The greens were awful with sand patches and lack of grass on half or more. How they could still be charging full price is nothing short of a crime. It will be my last visit to an old friend for a long time. I miss my old Glades course.

The Glades course has 8 par threes.So it plays fast and easy. For the price paid you cannot expect upscale conditions but the greens need a lot of help.

The facilities and staff are very nice and friendly. the course layout is fine and what you would expect for an executive course. The greens are in very poor condition with many large bare spots. The greens appeared to not have been mowed on the day we played.

Great Course for the money. Greens need a lot of work but you get what you pay for.

I played this course on two days and I enjoyed it. The only thing I did not like was that must of the greens are in really bad shape. besides that the course overall is very forgiving expectedly for a beginner like me.

Our foresome played the course in under 3.5 hours which worked out great! We enjoyed this Executive length course which included several par three with carries over water.

The course offered really good value, especially at the Golfnow rate. Hopefully the greens will improve dramatically and this will become a quality course to play.

Other than finishing in 3.5 hrs. Fairways and greens were in bad shape.
