Country Club of Coral Springs

The course layout and conditions were really good. The real challenge was that the starter didn't have any customer service personality. Grumpy old guy probably should be working in a back office somewhere only. The main issue came up with one of the rangers, who was riding us for five six holes to speed up to speed up to speed up to speed up to speed up and arguing with us and we were on time the entire time even after we just hit a drive. He's like speed up, speed up speed up and we finished the first nine in under 2 hours. He was not giving us an opportunity to even make a second shot before he started writing us again. What a horrible experience left us both very upset. I encourage the management with that gentleman and maybe cleaning the toilets or doing something else. The back nine was more relaxed and we finished it in under 2 hours again. The other issue is they had no course books. There were no markings on the course. The signs at the Tee box did not show where hole was going to, so at times we didn't know where we were supposed to be hitting at all and the markings for the next tea were relatively non-existent where we didn't know which way to go to to get to the next tee and to combine that with a horrible ranger riding us all the way left us very upset. I would play the course again if they made sure that that ranger wouldn't be around and they would replace a strutter as well and hopefully have course books.

They had sanded the greens. The faurway was not the best at all places. Othervise a nice course.

Overall, a good experience. The course was in nice shape, the front 9 was nearly 3 hours so a 1p tee time only allowed for 16 holes. The price was fair for in season and a holiday. I will be back when things loosen up.

Absolutely dreadful pace of play on this course. Ruined the great Florida weather.

Starter and Ranger both commented how bookings are too close/many. We saw the impact. Seems like a management issue. Sadly, since we drove an hour to get there, we will not risk returning.

Course layout: 3/5 - Ok, not that interesting; solid.

Course conditions: 5/5 -- good shape, especially for the price. Greens were the best part of the course! Fast and true. The grounds keepers should be rewarded! Everyone notes this.

Amenities: 2/5 - no real range to warm up. Small one limited to 7 or even 9 iron a long ways from the course. Clubhouse average at best.

Staff: The cart gentleman, good, solid, friendly and helpful. Pro-shop/starter/ranger/wait staff on the grumpier side. Not the friendliest of sorts. Got the job done, but they are not doing it with a smile or making me want to return.

The greens are really good condition. Fast and true role. The course is a combination between long par 4 and short part three. Tied fairways precision is required from the tee

The staff at Coral Springs is excellent. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Facilities are nice, good clubhouse and restaurant. Nice practice green, grass range is well maintained but irons only.

Golf course was in good condition from tee to fairways. Greens were really great, run true and had good speed to them. Carts were good but no gps in them. Pace of play was ok, the front plays at a good pace but hole 10 had a long wait. It’s a very short par 4 with water along the right side. Players trying to drive the green will cause a log jam at the tee box. After that pace picks up a bit. Overall a fun track and definitely worth playing

From check in to the starter the staff was very helpful and helpful. Course conditions are great, nothing to complain about, greens were rolling great, had a little difficulty reading the grain because I’ve been playing on paspalum all summer. I will have to recommend it highly

I recently purchased a round of golf for my brother and his wife, and the experience was extremely disappointing. After checking in, the staff loaded their golf bags, helped get their kids into the cart, and sent them off toward the first hole. Once they arrived at hole one, a ranger suddenly informed them that the pro shop wouldn’t allow them to play because they had their two kids with them — a rule that was never mentioned during booking or at check-in.

To make matters worse, one of the employees was blatantly sexist toward my girlfriend during the interaction, speaking to her in a condescending and dismissive manner while treating others in the group with basic respect. Completely unacceptable.

We’ve tried calling the course multiple times to request a refund, but the staff has been unhelpful and, frankly, unprofessional during every attempt. No service was provided, yet they refused to issue a refund.

Very poor communication, customer service, and overall treatment of guests. I would not recommend this course to anyone.

First time here. Won’t be my last time. Excellent track and the greens were in mint shape. We were late coming from airport but they accommodated and squeezed us in. Terrific course and staff. Highly recommend adding it to your list of courses to play near FLL

Good course, tees, fairways, and greens in nice shape. Most holes were quite long,.

Short irons driving ramge, and a nice practice putting green too.

Only complaint, no water available anywhere on course to drink.

I had the pleasure of playing Coral Springs Country Club on my birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The course is in excellent condition—lush fairways, true-rolling greens, and a layout that’s both fun and challenging without being overwhelming. Each hole has its own character, and the scenery makes for a very enjoyable round.

What really stood out was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. From the staff to the fellow golfers, everyone made the day feel special, and that added a personal touch that you don’t always find at every course. The pace of play was smooth, and the clubhouse was the perfect place to relax and celebrate after the round.

If you’re looking for a great day of golf in a friendly environment, Coral Springs Country Club is a fantastic choice. It made my birthday round unforgettable, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great course but word of warning they’re driving range doesn’t allow woods so if you wanna hit some balls, you may want to find someplace else initially or just work on your irons. Other than that, the course is amazing fun play water seems to always been in play.
