Country Club of Coral Springs
About
The Country Club of Coral Springs offers one of the best golf values in Broward County. The golf course sits next to an Everglades conservation area on a parcel of land that was formerly used for vegetable gardening and cattle grazing. The landscape was transformed into a traditional parkland golf course with manicured fairways edged with rough and lush, rolling greens. The bunkering is minimal but strategically placed throughout. There are some challenging holes that will make you think but the course is player friendly enough to appeal to players of any skill level. The Country Club of Coral Springs is popular among the surrounding communities, known for its excellent conditions and family-friendly atmosphere, but it's also a hidden gem for visitors too. In addition to golf, the club also has six tennis courts available.

Ill be back
This was my third time playing here. I was pleasantly surprised how great the course was. Perfect lies from tee to green. Starter also let us play till 8 pm so finished all 18 teeing off at 5 pm.
Quit after 9 holes
I have to be honest: golf course is in good shape, stuff if good.
My biggest disappointment was that it is aloud to the members to play “practice round” and treat the course like its their own back yard ( I going to explain that).
I had an early afternoon tee time, when I arrived I was told that I am playing with some players that “will have practice round for tomorrow’s tournament.” But, I can play as a single and “it’s wide open”.
Unfortunately, I had stuck behind the other twosome practicing for tourney ( plus one of the player’s father/ coach). They literally putted, chipped 10-15 times from different spots off and on greens, without any consideration for me waiting for at least 7-8 minutes on Every Green. Not saying sorry, not letting me to play through and not even looking at me, like I was not even there! After nine the marshal told me that he can talk to them to send me ahead but the problem was that there were another very slow and the same kind “pre- tournament” twosome. How is it even possible that golf course not treating everyone equally- I haven’t play free round. I had no desire to argue or spend another 2 plus hours waiting on each hole - I just walked away after nine. What a shame! If course aloud for some weird “practice round “, please do not let it on the expense of other golfers! Don’t sale those spots to other guests. That gives pretty bad name to the course.
Ok Course, Goid Conditions
Nice course in good condition. The layout is not especially unusual or dramatic, but it is fair, playable, and enjoyable. Overall, it is a solid public golf option.
I booked a 3 p.m. twilight rate and arrived around 2:35 p.m. One odd part of the experience was check in. The tee shop asked me to wait outside for about 10 minutes before coming back in to get my ticket. That seemed unnecessary and a little confusing.
The starter process also could have been better organized. I was playing as a single and was paired with a threesome. They then sent another single out behind us, followed by a three and a two. Given the pace of play, it seemed like pairing me with the single behind us would have made more sense. Our group was not especially fast, and we ended up letting two groups play through.
That said, the course itself was in good shape, the conditions were strong, and the round was enjoyable. I would play it again, but the check in and grouping process could be improved.
Drinks cart came by one time at the start and never came back. The clubhouse was closed. The ice and water machine was off. That was surprising. I don’t think I’ll go back, but if invited, I’d go.
Country Club of Coral Springs – A Favorite Course That Never Disappoints
Some courses you play and enjoy. Others become a part of your regular rotation because they earn it every single time. The Country Club of Coral Springs firmly belongs in that second category — and it has secured its place as one of my favorite courses in all of South Florida.
The layout is simply beautiful. Thoughtfully designed and visually stunning throughout, the course strikes that perfect balance between challenge and enjoyment. It is demanding enough to keep experienced golfers fully engaged and thinking strategically, but never so punishing that it takes the fun out of the round. That balance is harder to achieve than it sounds, and Coral Springs nails it.
The staff is a big part of what makes this course stand out. The Starter does an excellent job of keeping things organized and moving — tee times go out on schedule and the pace of play stays consistent throughout the round. There are few things more frustrating on a golf course than unnecessary backups between holes, and the team here clearly takes pride in making sure that never becomes an issue.
Today the weather was absolutely gorgeous — the kind of South Florida day that makes you remember exactly why you live here. Perfect conditions on a beautiful course with great company made for an outstanding round.
And then came the cherry on top. Playing in the group right behind us was none other than the great Lawrence Taylor — NFL legend, Hall of Famer, and, as it turns out, a genuinely cool guy. He took a moment to say hello to our group, which was a really fun and unexpected highlight that made an already memorable round even more special. Not every course can say a Pro Football Hall of Famer was spotted on the fairways — but that is just the kind of day Coral Springs delivers.
To top it all off, the course consistently offers excellent hot deals that make it one of the most affordable and accessible quality courses in the area. There is simply no reason not to play here when the value matches the experience this well.
Overall: A+ — A beautifully designed, well-managed, and surprisingly affordable course that belongs at the top of every South Florida golfer's list.
The Country Club of Coral Springs has everything you want from a great round of golf — challenging layout, immaculate conditions, great staff, and the occasional celebrity sighting to keep things interesting. This one is an absolute must-play.
Nice Spot
Very Nice course in Coral Springs Played 18 from the blues course in Great Condition with the Greens Rolling true
Can't beat the hot deal
Great course especially while there still charging the "season rate". Hot deals plus the promo $10 off makes this place thay much better. Played with some snow birds and they paid close to $80-90 a round.
Fun Layout
Great course layout. Greens and fairways were in good condition overall and despite the lack of rain. Tee boxes need a little bit of work which is the reason I did not give this course a 5 star rating.
Masters sunday
Great course as always in great shape! Great Sunday with the boys
Great course
This is the tightest course I've played in a while. The course has water on every hole.
Hidden Gem
Played on Easter this year and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were so nice and friendly. The course was in excellent shape and we look forward to playing again next year during our travels.
