There must have been a management change ..
Greens were too fast and the holes were placed in terrible spots. The greens were too fast because the grass was too thin. They were not fast because they were good greens and cut short. Fairways were ok in general. Overall, their courses are normally in much better condition at this time of the year.
One other thing. You can't load up your cart and then take it to the chipping area to practice. I had to unload my cart and carry everything including my golf bag over there so I could keep an eye on everything. I'm 70 with a bad back. I need to be able to sit down every 10 mins to give it a rest. So for this reason alone I won't be going back!

No regrets, wide open course, the pace of play was great. The greens were a bit QUICK but we had a great time and will be back.

The OG Palm Springs Course
Affordable practice round on a very straight forward course. While nothing to write home about, the greens are properly maintained and you can argue with the price.

Just played this course 4/23/25 and the legends side is horrible. It’s boring fairways are terrible and not one person fixes their ball marks on the greens. It was actually so bad, I didn’t even take any pictures. I would not play this course ever again. Very disappointed.

Below average condition for a course while still in season.
I was disappointed in the fairways. They were ok but they should have been better for this time of year. Pin placements on the side of a downhill undulation were completely asinine for fast greens. Especially when its a down wind putt.
