Resort at Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort

Course needs more time to recover from overseeding. StAff very helpful. Considering course conditions expensive. We paid $75 for a 1:00 PM time. We didn’t finish due to darkness. Pace of play was good.

We truly enjoyed our round of golf at Tahquitz! We did not a golf course lined with condos and this was the course! It was perfect!

Pace of play slow with up to 4 groups on one par 5. No marshal all day

Teeing off at 1:30PM standard time made it only to the 15th hole. Even if our pace was just right. We were 10mins ahead of forecasted time by the course and still did not complete 18.

Long are the days of pre-COVID $79 green fees with breakfast, lunch and drinks included,. However Tahquitz has done a great job preparing their course for the golf season and is one of the more reasonably priced golf courses in the Palm Springs area. We play it several times each visit, the legend course is just re-opening so looking forward to checking that out as well.

The greens were a bit bumpy and inconsistent but a real fun and challenging course to play. Both my husband, handicap 10 and I, handicap 20 enjoyed it very much.

Greens were rough but rolled well. Bunkers needed work. Pace of play was good. There is a nearby sewage treatment plant which was a little obnoxious.

Consider hiring people in pro shop and starters who like golf land want to be there

Nice course but the greens were a little iffy. A little overpriced in comparison with other nearby courses. Would not go back unless the rates were closer to $100

First impressions when you arrive are average. After you drop your clubs off and walk around to the back of the building is when things go downhill. Quite dumpy looking. The range is terrible with people trying to find some grass to hit off of.

The course itself is ok but not $100 ok. The views from the 5th hole on are pretty nice. the course is only in average condition. We teed off at 11:30 and by 3:30 we still had 4 holes to play. At least an hour more. We left at 14. It was backed up and everyone was waiting.

Service on the course is not very good either. We saw the cart girl on the first hole and told her we'd catch her the next time around. We never saw her again. 4 hours out there golfing and we never saw her. Her loss, we were hungry and thirsty.

Not worth the money. $130 per round and they don’t even give you range balls. But the range was I. Horrible shape anyway - hitting off sand.

Pace a play was ridiculous. 3 hours to play the first 10 holes!!!

When we talked with a Marshall his response was that a 3 some will always play faster than the 4 somes ahead. I explained that I knew that but the pace the 4 somes were setting was well over 5 hours!! They did nothing about it.

Too bad because the course layout is pretty neat with some very nice holes.

So unless you want to pay to much and have a 5 hour plus round, go somewhere else.

Definitely not worth the money at this time. Other courses less expensive and in better shape
