Mission Hills - Gary Player Course

I really enjoyed my round of Golf at the Mission Hills North Gary Player course. The Staff was Courteous and Helpful. The Sandwiches from the Snack Bar were Delicious!! The Golf Course itself was in very good condition. The Golf Carts were Clean and in Good Condition. Our Foresome had a great experience playing golf here, and I can’t wait to play golf here again.

The course is very playable and will challenge your game no matter which stage it's in.

Staff are very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable.

I would definitely play this course again!

Great lay out and staff Poor Maintenance. Incredibly rude/unaware maintenance workers. Chainsaws/weed wackers/hedge trimmers /work carts blasting within feet of golfers without a break.

The only down side was that by the time we finished playing, which was not slow play at all, it was 100 degrees. Came from 60 degree weather so was a little toasty for us.

Everything else, including all of the employees, was excellent!

We played shortly after Hurricane Hillary hit the valley last year, and the course was understandably a mess.

We were a bit skeptical when booking a tee time on 5/12/24, but the course is in absolutely wonderful playing condition. I imagine it was huge task to get to this point. ⛳ We were also very pleased that the couse provides brand new golf carts featuring the latest in GPS technology, ride comfort, and dashboard storage spaces. Well done Mission Hills.

A very good but fair test of golf. One of my favorites

A forgiving golf course with smaller greens. Drawback was the road noise and lack of shade.

Fairways were over seeded and were in a pristine dark green colour. Every lie on the fairways and fringes was perfect. Definitely a place to play on any visit to Palm Desert area!

Great course especially for casual golfers. Only negative of the whole experience was parts of course were dry and yellow grass. Everything else was good we already decided we will definitely play here again

Fairways and greens are okay. The rest of the course looks unkempt and neglected. Cartpaths are full of sand, water was scarce, looks like the bare minimum is being done to maintain the course. No one picked up our bags at the bag drop, no one offered to clean them after the round. No starter. Restaurant was closed at 3:30, couldn’t even buy a cold beer. Been playing there for 20 years, sadly the pride of ownership is clearly lacking, and we’re taking this course off our rotation.
