Mission Hills - Gary Player Course

Course condition very very poor

Played it 5 years ago and was pleased back then. Completely different place now.

Great course for women with well placed forward tees. It’s a pretty short course for women so expect some great scores!

Not the first time we played and still really like it but we got sent out with a fivesome in front of us that lied and said only 4 were playing. Then we got sandwiched by abnoxiously loud threesome behind us that would roll up on us at the tee box and talk loudly as we teed up. On the turn, the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to play the front nine again instead of dealing with the madness.

I had heard this course was a Palm Springs classic. The condition of the fairway and rough was very poor. There were a few holes that offered great views but outside of that the course felt like a run down municipal course. I won’t be back.

Good layout but fairways, bunkers and rough need maintenance and care. Rough was brown and thin.

The course is in worse shape than the worst muni course Ive ever played Other than middle of fairways its a disaster. Dirt debris, no rough no grass. Bunkers bad Really sad to see a course deteriorate to that condition. I wouldnt pay a penny to play there again

Great course for the money. Staff is outstanding. I'd forgotten my putter at our resort. So they lent me an awesome Cleveland putter, which I putted great with! We ordered food on #8 and were advised the restaurant had just closed. However they still made our order for us! Fabulous service and great day of golf.

Course is really beautiful, fairways and greens are amazing and honestly I have problems playing in Bermuda grass with my iron but all in all it was great and fun ..

Played here countless times but still amazed by the course layout when play!

This course has amazing views as your fairly close to the mountains in the background! This is also a great course for higher handicap golfers as it does give you some room if you flair the ball at all! We love it and play it every time we’re in the area! I highly recommend it!

When we played in early-May, early afternoon, we didn’t expect any crowds. We were one of three twosomes on the entire course so pace of play was no problem. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were in very good shape. Great rolls on the greens. Traps were somewhat dry but to be expected this time of year on any desert course. Very friendly staff from the pro shop, beverage cart, and golf course. Highly recommended.

The grass was in good condition and the staff was friendly. It was a beautiful golf course.

I like the course. Played at least 8 times over the last 6 years. Fun course. Challenging enough.

Pace of play was great. Course had a few tough spots but overall in pretty good shape. We played at the end of their season so maybe maintenance was in relaxed mode. I definitely recommend just watch the price.

Great experience; course conditions were best I've seen on this course (and I've played it many times). Pace of play: 3.5hrs! Lots of discounts available ( Golfnow, Underpar, Golfmoose).I'll be back before it gets too 🔥!

We love Mission Hills, Gary player North course. Every year we come down here we make it a point to play the course, it’s fairly open and very generous with the fairways and the men’s tea boxes make it very playable. The staff is always friendly and I’m definitely gonna recommend you and we’ll play it again every year I’m here. Thanks again for a great day!
