Mission Hills - Gary Player Course

For this time of year and esp after the Tropical storm this course was in better than excellent condition. Holes flowed well, greens a bit slow. If only the could keep this price structure during in season

Amazing golf course for being the end of summer, course flows nicely from one hole to another

If you want to score bring a hot putter, regardless of what t boxes you play you need an approach shot that is on the proper position on the green and you need to see all the movement there is around the hole. Good luck

There are so many different nice courses in PS, why play here? Maintenence is lacking as debries everywhere. Also putting greens are super slow. Feels like putting on the fringe.

Couid be challenging with its abundant water, deep grass off the fairways, and long Par 5s.

In spite of summer conditions and recent rains this course can only be a must must must play during in season

Great value for summer conditions. Greens kinda slow

Staff was super friendly and took great care of us from arrival to departure. Course layout was great and course itself in really good shape considering it’s late August and Hilary just blew through here a week ago. Yes greens are a little slower but putt true and did not affect the scoring. We would absolutely play here again next time we are in town.

Course was okay compared to La Purisma GC. May play better in the fall or winter months when the greens are cut closer and not so hairy.

For summer conditions the coarse was great!

Greens were great! And the lay out is beautiful and fun.

It was a nice view However, the course condition was disappointing.

The staff at the pro shop and the staff at the snack house were fantastic.

We paid $35 per person to play the course and we were nervous that we were going to get a dud. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the course and it’s layout. Big fairways with challenging greens. They were slow when we played them but they have to let them grow in august due to the heat. The course had a fire and some flooding in the weeks leading up but it only impacted one hole on the course. The pro shop and grill were underwhelming and almost no merch to shop thru - but this will be a course we play again when traveling to Palm Springs

Played as a single (the twosome I had been paired with went off 30 mins early!). I was a little worried about pace of play as a single knowing that it was mostly 3 and 4 balls ahead of me. Eventually got invited to join a 3 ball after 14 holes.

Grass surfaces are in pretty good condition for middle of August. Greens a little slow but ran true. Bunkers were often quite firm. A few tee boxes looked well worn (divots) but could always find a fair lie to tee up from.

The practice ground and green is right in front of the clubhouse. The cafe in the clubhouse is adequate. Nothing special. Staff were all friendly (inside the pro shop, cafe and at the starter).

Good value at $55 including GPS cart.
