Good times
Good times had a blast pace was slow but course did what they could to speed it up
Greens were fast and in great shape, some fairways were soggy, while others super dry. Overall, good experience for a decent price.
Had a great time playing this course.
Always a fun course to play.
Course was in fair to good condition. A little dry and patchy in some areas, then soggy and wet in others requiring "cart path only" conditions on a few holes. This is likely due to over watering on these holes, probably trying to regrow sparse grass areas. Overall a great day on the course. Hope to return to play there again soon.
Fantastic game
We came from South OC, really enjoyed this beautiful course, great layout, perfect weather and fun teammates! The only problem was pace too slow, we spent more then 5 hours 20 minutes finished 18 holes before too dark. We will be back foe sure!
Slow pace‼️
3 1/2 hours for nine holes, finally decided to call it quits at the turn. Called pro shop, all they said was they keep sending messages to golfers in front of us. No Marshall came out
Course layout is nice, course is in recovering conditions, but is coming nicely. Would love to come back, but I think id rather go elsewhere with the pace.
Behind very very slow groups. Course ranger did not make them keep normal pace of play
Very disappointed by the very slow pace of play. The course had numerous areas where ground was under repair or just over watered so significantly that it was muddy and unplayable. Ended up leaving after 5 holes due to 20 minutes on each tee waiting for groups ahead to clear. Stay away on weekends unless you want to play a 4 hour course in 5.5 hours or more to finish
lots of contructions area ,, i would definitely not
coming back to this course again , specially if u play on weekend tee time its expensive , but the condition of the course its not worth , i rather play at Oak Quarry
Being worked on
It looks like ownership is starting to invest in the course with new bunkers and cart path improvements. Should be nice once complete. I remember when this course was managed by Troon golf. A long way from being there but improving.
Course Conditions Subpar
All white tees were at women's length. Back Nine was water soaked. Puddles in bunkers etc. No notice given for course conditions prior to purchase online.
Standards are slipping - needs serious attention
I like Eagle Glen a lot, but the rock-hard bunkers, of which there are quite a few, and the concrete paths breaking up in many places, plus the badly-'bobbled' greens urgently in need of rolling and better cutting - made this round unpleasant at times. Many tees are currently being re-grassed, thus un-useable.
Putting was mostly a joke on the poor-quality surfaces. Hole 4 tee area and paths are being reconstructed - please hurry up and finish that.
Eagle Glen has recently been in much better condition than at present - and urgently needs to improve to the high standards it is capable of.
Mixed Bag at Eagle Glen GC
Review: Bunker is wet and hard. Fairway is good condition. Not recommended to walk due to hilly course layout in front 9 holes. Back 9 holes is link course style (but not much wind when I played). Restrooms are close on golf course. Club house is very nice clean and luxury. Green at hole 9 is far away from club house so be prepare to not take a break at club house. The most challenge hole is 16th, to hit from blue/Black tee across the creek to narrow fairway up hill on right side.
Overall: A challenging course with a mix of hilly and links-style layouts. The conditions were good, with well-maintained fairways, but the bunkers were a bit challenging. The clubhouse was impressive, but be prepared for a longer walk to the green on hole 9. The 16th hole was particularly challenging, requiring a precise shot across a creek to a narrow uphill fairway.
