LPGA International - Jones Course

It was cart path only, fairways soft & soggy, greens slower than usual, extreme heat with not much shade available, tough day for golf

A little wet but but course handled the weather well. Tee to green good shape.

Cart path only on more than just the par 3’s

Makes it tough trek on some long holes in the Hot temps especially, and when your cart locks out because you went a foot to far , then your pushing your cart in the heat! Just expect more for the price you pay. Staff not Great just there.

Three groups backed up on one 2nd hole and no ranger. I left and went to the pro shop to ask for a rain check. They said no because i booked.through Golf Now. They didn't honor it and i play often at top price. I will not play again.

Fairways were soaking wet. Cart path only. Not crowded which was good. It was so wet I would have closed the course.

We were rained out after 2 holes. Couldn’t get a rain check. Disappointed

Very wet could barely even walk on the fairway, the bunkers had more water in them than sand, very disappointed for the price

It pour rain and lighting onto a course that already was drenched with water the day before it was unplayable we stop after 3 holes called your help desk who was not helpful told us we only to get cash we paid back not our certificates as a VIP member for 4 years we found this unacceptable and complained as those certificates we earned and paid for the agent could not help said it was a new policy …

Course cannot handle rain with poorly designed drainage…we hit a major thunderstorm and got thru 4 1/5 holes. Rain was anticipated as every day in the rainy season…worse than that worse than that, no rain-check because we paid in advance (thru GolfNow) and the pro shop staff was less than “Pro”. To top it all off, we tried to get a hot dog in the restaurant during the rain delay but gave up after waiting over an hour from when we ordered…not sure we will go back anytime soon…

Wide open course that was fun to play. Still wet spots from the rain but you can't control the weather. It was no problem to just stay and play in the mostly dry fairways. The greens are in good shape just a little slow from all the recent rain. I played on a hot deal for $38 so it was a great value.

Real wet after rain. Not a shocker. Prob should have been shut down but we clogged around. Love the xourse. Good condition greens good

Rainy season and area has been pounded by rain.. It was cart path only which made for a tough round.. Most Fairways was good despite the rain. Greens was great

Course is always in great shape and will come back all the time.

The course is in great shape. It’s summer in Florida, so take that into consideration.

I like the course, as it’s both a challenge, but gettable too. The greens roll generally true and aren’t too ‘receptive’, even if spritzed w/ a little rain.

Only the Jones Course is open while they rework Hills Course green complexes, so Jones may be getting some extra play. I can say that $80 is steep for this course, considering Spruce Creek, Cypress Head and Venetian Bay are right there…I mean, DBGC and even New Smyrna Beach GC’s are competent, so I feel the only detractor from the LPGA courses are price.

That said, if you want to book an afternoon round and spend the morning practicing, there’s no better place I know of for that…so in that way, for the serious golfer, LPGA is totally worth experiencing. Your scores on Jo es will build confidence, and the practice greens, bunker and range are just short of elite (meaning: more than plenty good!). Staff is nice and food and bev on course (though I recommend being greedy and buying at first opportunity…you might not see the bev cart 2 or 3 times, so once should suffice). Will definitely be back to play LPGA, probably twice to get a load of the new greens on Hills side too!
