About
Carved from a thick forest of 60-foot pines, Eagle Harbor Golf Club was perfectly manicured to blend in seamlessly with the natural landscape while providing a formidable test for the low handicapper. The challenging layout features tight, rolling fairways lined with trees and multi-tiered greens. In addition to numerous lakes that come into play, there are also a variety of sand and grass bunkers strategically placed throughout the golf course. The club also offers a unique practice facility that features an island putting green. For the immaculate conditions and challenging round, Eagle Harbor Golf Club has quickly become a favorite among tourists and locals since opening in 1993.

Nicest course this month
I’ve been in FL for a month and played a number of courses. By far Eagle Haebor was the best maintained of all of the places I’ve played.
Course was in great condition
Greens were near perfect. They were rolling real nice. Entire course in very good condition, especially for this time of year. Cart girl was very friendly and starter/ranger was on the ball. Held a foursome up to let our twosome go out in front and we played the round in 3.5 hours.

Very good course
Haven't played here for about a year. Course was in very good condition although greens were slower than what I am used to. Grain will grab you as ball slows but an excellent layout and challenge

Great course
Played today for first time in over a year. The course was in very good shape but the greens were a little slower than what I have been playing but were in very good shape. I enjoyed this course and will be back soon

Great course
I cannot believe I haven’t played this course before. Carts with gps, nice putting green, course in great shape and fun to play. The one complaint would be being stuck behind a foursome ,as a single, and them not letting me play through. It wasn’t bad, they played quick but I still feel they could have let me through. Oh well, still had a great day.

Excellent course for the money
This course offers something for every handicap. The great course design is difficult from the tips and somewhat forgiving from the closer tees. This course uses a lot of water down the fairways to challenge even the most seasoned golfer. If you enjoy a strategic minded round of golf, this course is for you. After your round, Talons has a full serve restaurant with great food. The practice facility just received a face lift, with a new artificial turf practice mat. This place has all of the required and highly sought after amenities. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone visiting Fleming Island, anytime of the year.
Harbor Island is a fantastic value.
Always enjoy the value at Harbor Island.

It’s been 2 years since playing here and I was impressed with the improvements. Green were in great shape. We had fun playing the course.
Lives up to expectations
Play in 4 some every Sat at 12:00 with different ourse each week. Course is always in good shape and an enjoyable round in our rotation
Eagle Harbor always delivers value for the price.
Excellent conditions excellent course maintenance, GPS in carts, one of the best values for your money in the area !!
Good test
Played this course on a Sunday and found it wasn’t overly busy. Considering the rainfall in the last few days the course held up well. Cart path only rule was in play making it a little more difficult especially on the wider fairways. The greens were running true some maybe a tad on the heavy side. The rough is treacherous. Your ball just disappears into it making any shot out tricky. Managed to lose my way a little going from the 9th to the 10th as there wasn’t enough signage to point you in the right direction. Good quality rental clubs (Callaway Rouge) only complaint was that they could have done with a clean. Most of the clubs grooves were packed with dirt also got 2 3woods!
Overall was a good round.

Great course, very slow pace of play.
What happened to Rangers roaming the course ensuring everyone stays on a 4hr pace? This course was in great shape, fairways were excellent, greens were excellent the whole course was in awesome shape. Hats off to the superintendent. But as I mentioned earlier the pace of play was horrible. 6hrs to play 18 holes? C'mon folks, you're not going on tour and there's no trophy at the end so let's pick up the pace of play. If you find yourself at 2hours 15 min at the turn, do everyone a favor and call it a day. Come back when you can maintain a 4hr pace. It's way too hot here in Florida to be playing a 6hr casual round of golf.
