About
Both the East Course and the West Course at Jacaranda Golf Club are four-star rated by Golf Digest. These challenging golf courses weave across a tropical landscape covered with blue lagoons, tranquil ponds, and swaying palm trees. The West Course is the shorter of the two courses but it is no less challenging. Strategy and skill, rather than length, are the determining factors on this layout. With water hazards to avoid, numerous tricky doglegs, and tight bunkering along the greensides and landing areas, this course is definitely a shot-maker's layout. The raised, sloped greens and undulating, tree-lined fairways will require some careful maneuvering. The outward nine is slightly more forgiving than the demanding inward nine, which features more boldly contoured green complexes. The challenging, yet versatile design of both golf courses has made Jacaranda one of southeast Florida's most popular golfing destinations.

Great to the price paid
First I have to say I paid $22 to play which will definitely play a part in my review. The condition of the course was good and I really liked the layout and greens. The turf however was a bit mushy on two or three holes and some of the tee boxes were a little beat up. That being said, the course was a fun course and I really enjoyed the golf. Unrelated to the actual golf; the course has a resort appearance as you drive up but as you approach the club house it feels more like a municipal golf course. The staff is nice and helpful, I would play there again.

Little pricey..
A great course
My father and I are golf fanatics and we have experience in the southeast florida area for golf courses. The Jacarenda West golf course was in great shape. The tee offs were nice and the greens were very good, not to fast but not to slow. They were really soft and receptive. How about the fairways! They were perfect top 2 that I have ever played in the area. There is a lot of water and bunkers, it's a fairly hard course with some challenges but everybody can play and have fun.

Nice course
This course was in great shape and had a nice layout. We played on a hot deal and the price was right. It is a nice course but I would never pay full price to play it.
Found a Great Price for an Outstanding Course
We found a $39 Hot Deal rate for the West course, which is a steal! Course was in fantastic condition. Tee boxes-excellent, fairways-amazing, the greens had been top dressed recently and had some light patches of sand, however, the green speeds were nice and quick. For $39, you can not beat the deal for this course in late November. Highly recommended course, especially if you can find a rate below the rack rate of $85.

Play it
This course is a must do if you visit Ft L . Each hole has it's own distinctive character which I enjoy.
Terrific conditions and pace of play was terrific. Finished under 4 hours on Black Friday.

Value good for Hot Deal Price
Course was in pretty good shape. Rough was really thin, probably due to some dry conditions, so did not mind missing the fairways. Course layout was great, with a few dog legs. All carts had GPS which was a nice touch. Enjoyed hitting a few balls on the driving range as it was the first time playing in a month. Would return under a hot deal price, but not full price.
You Can Tell
When a club is serious about it's customer's golfing experience you can tell. From the bag drop on the customer service was superb. The Starter made sure everyone got off on time and handling a South Florida crowd with the requisite number of early snowbirds that is not always easy.
The course design was challenging with some unique bunker complexes and strategically placed aerial bunkers (i.e.trees) and, of course, water hazards. The greens were smooth with a speed reasonable for a friendly Sunday afternoon match.
The maintenance of the course was well above average, and compliments to ground crews.
Beautiful conditions
Very happy with this course. Was not sure what to expect after playing a different course the previous day. We will be back for sure.

Great course...well run and in excellent shape
We loved it! Friendly staff, nice lounge and excellent course conditions...wish it was closer. Only issue is I wish there had been a place to restock sand because we took a lot of divots and ran out :-(
A Florida gem.
This was my first time playing this course, but it will not be the last. Unfortunately recent rains had the course wet and 4 holes were cart path only, but it still was a wonderful round. The fairways are plush and the greens are gorgeous . I was able to get the round on a hot deal for the two of us and that made the day even better. Even if I had to pay the going rate it would have been well worth it.
Great course
Superbe course to play if you're in the FLL area. Amazing fairway and greens condition, and some hole's landscaping are just beautiful. Unfortunalety the course was very wet due to a lot of rain in the past days and had to play it "cart path only", but still was totally worth it !
