Greens were exceptionably true and in great shape. Even the one temporary green. Layout was good. Not much traffic so pace was great.

Great layout. Fairway and greens were marginal.

We bumped the ball in the fairway and the greens although they didn’t look great played just fine. Bunkers were not good.

Fun course, wide open by 11am due to the heat. Greens in great shape.

The friendliness of the staff was appreciated and the clubs we rented were in great shape.

Really nice layout with some beautiful golf holes. Needs some $$ put into it to improve the greens and fix hole #10. We paid only $50 to play in the afternoon and after getting thru a slow threesome by the 3rd hole we had the course to ourselves. We enjoyed it.

It was just ok. Give it a try if you get a hot deal.

Great course for the price. We played later in the day and course was wide open without any delays.Our foursome was made up of newer to novice players and the course was appropriate for all levels. Would definitely come back to play again.

Great course for the money. The course was in great shape. Greens rolled good compared to others in the are which are very slow probably do to the heat.

Note the the course no longer has a driving range or net for warming up. Also, now only 18 holes as opposed to literature which says 27 holes. No food and beverage area either.

The course was on really great shape. Very surprised due to lack of range, few people around and poorly kept surrounding area. Few people out on the course, so pace was perfect. Fairways were perfect. Greens well kept

Thought the $85.00 green fee was fair, but then realized that in this market, you get what you pay for, No ball washers anywhere, no cart GPS, only yard markers were implanted on the fairway. The fairways were littered with debris, obviously no daily maintenance. However the greens were great and the layout nicely suited.

Cource in nice condition especially the greens. Fairways did need some .mowing.

Played this course in March 2026 while on vacation from Toronto Canada. We booked another course but switched to this course since it had an earlier tee off time and due to the 100 plus temps for the day. First if using gps to get here you are best to type in the physical address and not the name of the course as it will take you into a sub division. The first impression when you enter th course is that it seems a bit run down. The club house had a bad smell when you walk in. Next the general appearance of the fairways and rough were not as good as other courses we played in the area. That said it was not all bad. The greens are a bit fast but consistent throughout the course. Bunker sand is solid and heavy. The layout of the course weaves in and out of the residences using dedicated lanes and signage. Some of the cart paths could use with some repair. Overall it is an average course and if you get it on a deal it’s worth playing.

Enjoyed my round! Had a “hot deal” so the price was right. Overall the course was in good shape. Greens, tees, and fairways in great shape. Course needs to be properly sloped for scoring purposes. Still shows number 10 as a par 5. Bunkers were weak.

Services and Maintenance of the course was lacking. The greens and fairways are ok but the bunkers were muddy and there was a good amount of deferred maintenance. It’s a shame because the layout is good and i’m sure it was a great course once. The pro shop looks like it’s going out of business. The biggest concern was really the value for what I was charged. I can’t see paying more than $45 for a round and we paid nearly twice that. I wouldn’t pay that to play there again.

My wife and I had a nice round with a couple friendly, local guys who play here a lot. It wasn't crowded. Pace was good. Greens are in really good shape. Excellent value.

Need more water in the coolers. I'll come back!
