With its exciting and challenging layout, Lansbrook Golf Club has earned a reputation as one of Tampa Bay's finest daily-fee golf courses. The traditional 18-hole, par 72 Lane Marshall design has amenities and service at a level of excellence typically found only at private country clubs. While surrounded by Florida's lush scenery (which includes the occasional alligator) Lansbrook G.C. is conveniently located just minutes from all of Tampa's major attractions. The course was redesigned by Ron Garl to give it a more contemporary look. Water hazards on 16 holes make for interesting play.

Great course to play!
I didn’t experience any slow play until 12th hole. Course was in great condition and greens are tough with challenging slopes.
Another group of players suspected that members hop on course at ten and cause the slow play. I would ask management to monitor that possibility. .
They send groups of the back while the first tee time are making the turn
Title said it. Made 6:15 tee time to try and get a quick round in. Definitely didn't do so to run up behind multiple groups of slow players, including people walking, when making the turn...

Nice course, the course is in good condition and the staff members are very friendly

Slow, overbooked
We had an 11:52am tee time, at 2pm we were only through the fifth hole. Waiting 20+ minutes every hole for not just the group in front of us, but the group in front of them. Got to hole 6 and there were 2 groups on the hole, plus a group waiting to tee off in front of us, and the group behind us also waiting. Would have been a 7+ hour round if we stuck it out but we left after the 5th hole. Course is in nice shape, they just overbook it pretty heavily. Told it was "normal" on the weekends by a snippy pro shop employee. 7 hour rounds should not be normal.

Fun at Lansbrook
Mighty slick greens as always. The course was in fine shape. I will be back.
Great course
Great fairways and greens. The staff is probably the best in the business. Nice, friendly and hard working
Avoid this place
Overall not a bad layout, but the pace of play was absolutely horrible. Took 6 hours to play 18 holes on a Thursday. I had a friend with us that rented a set of clubs and they wrongfully charged him $200 for a broken club. We returned the clubs in the exact condition that we received him and the guy who works the desk insisted that he had broken the club. We tried to negotiate with them but they said the club was shattered to pieces and if you play any golf at all then you would know that it is impossible to shatter a golf club. They weren’t able to provide any proof that he had broken the club and insisted they couldn’t retrieve and video proof of any sort when they clearly had security cameras everywhere. This place is an absolute scam and I’m sorry for anyone that wastes their money here. It’s sad that these phonies would try and take advantage of people just trying to play some golf. This course is a money grab , they don’t care about the golfers at all.

Nice Layout - Try somewhere else
15 holes 4 1/2 hours with no course management. Several Fairway almost non-existant.
Greens were OK. Played at 10:30 am on a Saturday. Multiple high handicappers in front many of which played two balls almost every hole. Left after 15. Its too bad because the layout is challenging and interesting.
God Forbid they space the groups better and have course managers to move the groups.

Back again,
I have not played Lansbrook this year yet as my schedule prohibited me from joining the condo group. Much improved course!! They took out the bunker and laid sod around the 5th green - my nemesis hole. Various other places too. My only minor compliant....we got there a bit early as we finished our errands. No one was on the first tee, and no one was even on the first fairway....But we were not allowed to hit because "you paid the lower price for that time, you have to wait".... I mean really....So we went to the putting green for 30 minutes.
