Don't play this course. Save your money and your time. I only played this course because I got a hot deal on Golf Now and I wish I hadn't. All aspects of this course are horrible. The practice range is basically sand. Tee boxes have little grass and some are so bad they have been moved down into the fairway. Fairways are horrendous with little grass and the greens are in basically the same sad shape. Two positives, I could tell that they cut the grass, where there was grass, and they did run their bunker machine in the bunkers to smooth them out.

Courses in pretty rough shape but according to the locals that’s what it’s supposed to be like around here this time of the year I just moved to St. Petersburg from Denver so wasn’t sure what to expect so I would imagine playing it in the middle of winter when everything’s grown out nice it would look pretty good

Played there a couple of months back. At that time the greens were very fast and rolled true. Fairways good, but even then they were having issues with their tee boxes. Now, most of the tee boxes are gone. The fairways are okay, quite a few bare spots. But with all the heat and no rain that can be expected. The greens look okay from a distance, but when you got there they still showed holes from being punched. Understandably this made them hard to put. But in the long run, this will help the health of their greens so no complaints. But those tee boxes are such a disaster I won't return till I read a review that they have been fixed.

The course is average and the greens are ok but I'm not dissatisfied enough to not play there. I can still work on my game and find decent lies to make shots. The layout is good with a few challenges, which I like. The staff is friendly. They like to advertise their pizza deals. The pizza is "just" ok for a snack on the go. I will still play there from time-to-time because the price on GolfNow make it worth a round.

First played Landsbrook about four years ago. I enjoyed the layout but the course was a little scruffy. Played this past Thursday and WOW! The course was in dis-repair. Aside from the layout the aerated greens was the hi-lite. Probably the worst conditioned course I have ever played. It may be a $20.00 value anything over that would be a waste of money.

Fairways and greens were dirt or with large patches

Greene’s were pinched on Monday and Tuesday 5/23-5/24. Fairways were being punched on 5/25-5/26. No notification or signage displayed to warn golffers of this. GN and courses need to get on the same page when this happens every year.

Literally no grass on any tee box. I feel ripped off. I was so mad. Please don’t go here!

Great day to golf, cooler mourning with breeze before stifling heat of the afternoon. Lots of maintenance going on with front 9 holes closed. Wish I had known prior to booking.. Should have been offered discount for inconvenience. Back 9 holes in fair shape showing heavy use in tee boxes and greens. Need to fix up cart paths. Try it again in couple weeks after repairs finished. To be fair many other courses are doing the same with punching greens & refreshing tee boxes. Lack of rain not helping.

Greens where in good shape. Tee boxes and fairways thin with lots of bare spots. Only the back 9 was open. I was not happy that was not communicated by golf pass or the course prior to booking the tee time. The course is a work in progress. They appear to be trying to fix the issues. Decent value for the money.

Was surprised when I checked in to find out that only the back nine was open.. Looks like they are sanding the green and repairs, probably gonna due the same on the back nine soon.. Will play elsewhere for awhile.

Back open only , tee off and fairway miss grass, same to play on sand, very bad.

Greens and bunkers ok. Fairway grass / turf showing some deterioration. Pace of play kinda slow.

Fun layout. Interesting holes. Tees are a bit of a mess, but greens are really great

Faster greens than we were used to. Greens are in good shape. T boxes could use some love, but i guess that is from a lot of use in high season. Pace on 1st 9 was really fast, and then we got behind some slower players on the back, still not a bother.

Didnt find one tee that had grass - good thing that it didnt rain, as I would be in a mud pit! Greens were rough and bumpy! The fairways were also really shy of grass... I booked this course based on "star reviews" (4/5 stars). Who the heck gave these stars?? I felt like I was misled! I drove 45 mins to play and sorely disappointed!

There was not one t-box that had grass (good thing it didnt rain!!). Greens were not smooth (lots of bumps)!. Very hard to find grass in the fairway! The only grass was on the practice putting. I drove 45 mins to play this "4/5 star" course and was disappointed!
