Lansbrook Golf Club

Used to be a great course - What happened? Maybe because it gets so much play. Wet and Dirt fairways and Tee Boxes are very bad. The saving grace is the marvelous fast greens. Don''t pay more than 30 bucks...

Started out as a single at 1pm on a Sunday. A twosome was in front of me and no one behind me. Ended up with a slow foursome in front of me after they let the 2 play through and paired up with another golfer who caught up to me on number 6. Once the foursome let us play through after 9, the round went quickly. Got it all done in 3.5 hours. On a Sunday afternoon! Color me surprised.

Course conditions are generally good. Tee boxes were mostly good. Greens were very good and fast. Fairways need some work especially on the front 9 as there are a lot of thin spots on 2, 4, and 5. Many other holes were missing grass in smaller areas but back 9 had less issues here. I know this has been the dry season but no grass in an area around a sprinkler head is an issue. Otherwise I was quite satisfied with the conditions. I definitely will play here again especially due to the good greens.

Im extremely disappointed I paid $60 for this place, this is a $30-35 course at best. The tees are trash, you are basically hitting off sand and some weeds. The fairways arent thick, they have bare spots all over them and there are weeds everywhere. The greens are decent at best. And the cups are like putting green cups. Not even real metal like normal courses. I dont recommend this place to any decent golfer who shoots in the 80s and lower. I will never go back to this place if the price is over $35

The greens at Lansbrook, are some of the best in Tampa. Fairways good. Just Aerated and fertilized so they are def working on it to get it even better. Some tee boxes need some work. Great value

Weekend slow, weekdays my course. It’s hard course, not for beginners.

Great day to play. Greens were great looking. They are in the middle of fixing the tee boxes so not so hot there but they are usually up to par. Course has always been maintained very well. One of the best courses around Tampa for your money. Always lots of great wildlife hanging around.

This place is nothing but a dirt course. Very little grass. The greens are like putting on a gravel driveway. The pace of pay was 6 hours. To show you how bad we were playing a sixsome because other groups kept joining because the wait time was so bad. We still had to wait for the groups in front. On a par 5, there were 5 groups then us. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s a joke. Go to a real golf course fox hollow if your in that area. Even crescent oaks is better than landsbrook. The staff didn’t even have landsbrook attire on. This is a 10 to 15 dollar course at best.

We had a tee time and they let two groups without times go out at 8:38 & 8:45 am. Put us behind 4 guys in jean shorts who have never played. Starter got all mouthy. We will never be back. Save your money.

This course is horrible. The fairways are atrocious with no grass. The tee boxes are worse. The greens are like putting on rocks because it so bumpy. There is no reading these greens. I would be embarrassed charge these prices. Landsbrook is way over price. This is a 25 to 30 dollar course. Pace of play 6 hours. Played with members and they continue to say this is common 5 and a half to 6. We will never come back!!!!

Played here many times. Always some of the best greens in Tampa. Fairways were solid/ not lush, but not full of weeds. We hit rain so it shortened the round to just nine holes unfortunately. Pace this time of year is always an issue. Staff is always courteous and respectful.

Been playing this course for 20 years, it used to be a nice track. It’s just a run down and tired course now. Not much grass on tees, greens are terrible and needs a lot of work overall.
