Do Not play after 1, unless you like 5 hour rounds - SAD

I play with a group of friends on the weekends (each of our handicaps are between 9-18), and we don't always play the same course each weekend. This is one of our favorites though. The layout is fun, and the conditions are always very good for the money. Greens are firm and fast, all year round.

Backed up 2-3 groups on every hole. Ranger came out once and it sped up the pace for 1 hole then it was back to slow play. Took 5.5 hours.

Expect to tee off well past your scheduled tee time and wait for every shot. Not an exaggeration on a nice Saturday you should expect a 6 hour round. Course is overpriced for conditions as well, lots of dead pan ground areas and beat up greens. Worth ~$30-40 for a round

Lansbrook is finished. The course remains in horrible condition, is always over booked, and the amenities are always closed. This golf course used to be a relic around the area for its affordability, decent condition, and nice practice facilities.

Since the explosion of the PDP program (a good monthly deal for “members”) the course is constantly overbooked and destroyed. 5-6 hour rounds are a regular and most players there have no respect for the game or others. It’s become a cess pool for teens that play in groups of 5 from the tips and leagues that take up the week night rounds, which is the main benefit of the PDP program.

The staff is generally friendly but the restaurant is typically closed. I’ve been there on numerous Sundays at prime time 12-5pm when the restaurant is closed.

My recommendation would be to save your money and time and play literally else in the area (besides wentworth) that place is worse

The course was in great shape,fast greens,tough pin placement. New carts are perfect. Saw some deer and gators.

Golf card driveways are completely destroyed,whole place need a little bit more of love.

Got to 1st tee at 8:50 for 9:00 tee time, and two groups were waiting to tee off. Already 15 minutes behind, we need off at 9:20. Pace of play wasn't bad but took 4:45 to get around. Need to trim bushes overhanging all the cart paths! Need a chiropractor after hitting all the potholes and damaged paths too. Only reason I didn't give 1 star was due to the practice areas being above average in and around Tampa.

They will book as many people as possible with their special membership discounts so it’s impossible to get through a round without spendings hours just waiting for the tee box. Staff is incredibly rude. Nice course but I’d avoid it

I really like Lansbrook, but the one issue I have is their greens. Full of sand. Played on a day where it rained at the turn and the greens went from ‘Augusta National’ to the ball skipping and planting itself in the sand that is spread all over the green. It was really the most annoying thing about my round.

Other than that I really love everything else about this course, but they have to do something about the inconsistency of the greens and the need to sprinkle sand all over them.

Weather was perfect. We teamed up with a very nice young man, who was a joy to share the course with too. Greens are in really great shape, fairways were deep in some areas but overall very good shape. Definitely go again

After playing a couple other courses in the area, Lansbrook was was in very good condition. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were in great shape! The others are going downhill.

Got a hot deal for a first time playing here. Extremely accommodating man in the pro shop. Played alone with a friend riding with me. We were behind a threesome but didn’t wait too long. My round was just over three hours on a beautiful day. Several deer, lots of birds and lots of water. Greens putted very true, fairly fast for summer golf and soft to hold most shots. Surely some bad areas on tees and fairways but really enjoyable. Definitely going back. Try it you’ll like it. Pretty views and very tranquil. Easy to find your way around.
