About
Perdido Bay Golf Club has hosted several notable players including Jack Nicklaus, Tom Kite, and Curtis Strange. It also formerly served as the site to the Pensacola Open for a decade-long stretch and while it may not be host anymore it still preserves its integrity as a challenging, championship course. The golf course is long and narrow, rewarding both distance and accuracy. Although it is mostly flat there is some strategic mounding that causes tricky lies throughout. Perdido Bay Golf Club's fairways are flanked by multiple cuts of rough and the greens are large and undulating. Many of the greens, as well as the tees, are also elevated. In addition to the golf course, there are also extensive practice facilities that include a large driving range, putting green, chipping green, and greenside and fairway bunkers.

Golfer Reviews
We’ll above average course in good condition!
This is a well designed and fun golf course, in really nice condition. Lots of challenging holes; but overall a very fair layout. You have to hit it right to score well here! My wife and I enjoyed it very much!! Can’t wait to play it again!!!
Loved the course! Challenging but enjoyable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Played with two fun guys from Nashville. We’ll be back!
Fine Layout
Great variety of holes; some tough, some easy, dog-leg both ways. Fairways o ly so-so coming out of winter. Greens were smooth enough but a little slow.
Best bang for the buck
Good course for the average golfer. Fair. It has plenty of challenging holes.
Challenging and fun
My son and I played this course for the first time. Warm up was excellent with a driving range, chipping area, and challenging putting green. Course layout was good with the exception of finding the Hole 8 tee box. Overall, nice challenges with the various water features. We had a great time!!!
Worth The Drive
From the far Eastern end of Beach Blvd it was quite a jaunt but well worth it. Overall conditions were the best that I played during my 6 weeks in the area. Would definitely recommend.
