About
Challenge the Savannahs. On the windward side of Merritt island lies one of the most unique golf courses on Florida's Space Coast. The 6,450 yard Gordon G. Lewis design winds through majestic hardwood forests, natural wetlands, and scenic lakes to reveal protected, undulated greens. Nine holes are framed by a natural savannah conservation area, bordered by hammocks with a high canopy of trees and coastal flatwoods. Water, in the form of natural wetlands and manmade lakes, comes into play on thirteen holes. The course boasts several unforgettable holes, such as the 525-yard, par 5 Signature 7th, regarded as one of the most challenging holes in Central Florida. This beautifully tight, typically southern course features six sets of tees, making play ideal for beginners and pros. The back tees are demanding even for the best of the best, while our new “Family Tees” are playable by anyone who wants to tee up. Prepare for your round by warming up on our practice facilities that include: unique aqua range, chipping and bunker area, and full-sized practice putting green. Look around during your visit, and you will notice nature's splendor on display. Our preserve features many water birds, birds of prey, reptiles, and low country mammals that make the savannahs their home. The fairways additionally offer a great view of the nearby Cape Canaveral rocket launches. Our southern plantation styled Clubhouse is a great place to start and end your day at The Savannahs. Inside you will find a golf shop, plus a bar and grill with great food and hospitality to match. Or, wander outside to the veranda overlooking the aqua range and golf course to catch the sunset.

MY wife and I were in Titusville for 6 weeks in the Spring and played The Savannahs a half dozen times. It's not perfect, but it's a very solid golf course. A good combination of interesting and memorable holes, well maintained with the fastest greens of any of the 6 or 7 other courses we played in the area. It quickly became one of our favorites notwithstanding nearly all elevated greens and a few funky holes. The pace of play was good and the employees were friendly and helpful. Well worth the price. We will look forward to playing The Savannahs again next Spring.

Great place. Typical Florida course but a fun place....you may see a rocket launch too. Pretty tight fairways. Good test of shot selection and knowing your distances.
If you are in the area, a little jem to play
Great place, good conditions makes you earn your shots. Course and club management for all levels of golf. Lots of alligators.
Nice and pleasant but challenging golf course
Challenging golf course due to lots of water and interesting layout. You would have to manage my round in practically every holes. Its general condition is good with only small areas of less-than-perfect fairways. It's really worth a detour. I'll come back for sure. Staff is very courteous and dedicated.
Great course
Very nice layout and course was in great condition. Pace of play was good for snowbird season. Finished a little less than 4 hours. Beverage cart showed up about 4-5 times during round which was nice. It was hot! The only negative was the on course water coolers were out of water early in the day. I would bring extra bottles of water.
Super Time at The Savanah's
Always enjoy a round at the Savanah's Golf Club. The course is fun and having a quick beer and hot dog after the round in the clubhouse is also a nice finish.
Fun course, fast greens
This course is a fun one. It's not long but very playable. The greens are in good shape, some of the fairways need some help but overall, I e seen a lot worse. I will return soon.

Friendly staff, course decent. Easier to get on this course during peak season than most local courses.
Lots of crocs, but a nice course
Going from Orlando to Cape canaveral to watch a launch, The Savannah was a good location to play. Course in great shape. Tee-boxes and fairways in good condition. Greens hard and dry and difficult to read. So that was a nice challenge. A few restrooms were out-of-service. Overall nice course and friendly starter.
