The Savannahs Golf Course

This course is a fun one. It's not long but very playable. The greens are in good shape, some of the fairways need some help but overall, I e seen a lot worse. I will return soon.

Friendly staff, course decent. Easier to get on this course during peak season than most local courses.

Going from Orlando to Cape canaveral to watch a launch, The Savannah was a good location to play. Course in great shape. Tee-boxes and fairways in good condition. Greens hard and dry and difficult to read. So that was a nice challenge. A few restrooms were out-of-service. Overall nice course and friendly starter.

My son and I played here first time today on a recommendation that was very accurate. Afternoon 12noon $35 for 18 holes a great value. Course is very challenging with lots of water and tight shots on front nine. Back nine much less water and mor wide open. You don’t need driver on many holes with shot selection and course management being important. Greens were fast and rolled true. Only negative point, some tee boxes need regrown/re-seeded and maybe leveled off. Otherwise we will be back to play here again ! For sure !

Greens were awesome and fast, had a great time on this course and would highly recommend… make sure you allow for a 5 hour round, well worth it!!

The course has improved tremendously in the last 6-8 months. Really appreciate all efforts going into making this club great again.

This was the first time that my wife and I had the chance to play the Savannahs Golf Club. We liked everything about the course. There is plenty of water hazards but fairways are wide enough to avoid them. We will definitely play the course when we are back in Florida. Wildlife on the course was a nice bonus.

Very enjoyable afternoon of golf. Course is challenging but fair. Greens were in good condition but rolling fast. Would have liked a sandwich afterwards. Will play the course again when in the area.

I can honest say I don't typically hit balls into water.... on purpose, however, the driving range at the Savannahs is just that, into the water. Kinda fun. The course is well marked and easy to get around. There's plenty of water, but again, well marked. It was our first visit and I would certainly play it again.

The course is good, there’s lots of water & tight fairways. Overall the value here is good, it can sometimes get backed up but pace is steady.

Did not care for the course. I played the second longest tees at slightly under 6000 yards( I usually play between 6100 and 6400. Fairways were very tight most with hazards on both sides. Some were short with water if you hit it too far. I used 5 and 6 irons for tee shots on 3 holes and still had less than 100 yards to pin.

Layout was odd with the cart path on two holes taking you into the hitting area of a different hole ( partner almost got beaned)

Greens were small and raised. Condition of greens were ok especially considering the fairly low greens fee

Staff were indeed friendly and I suspect, it would have been a better experience, but the pace of play was agonizing. We had two groups on many tees on the back nine.

I personally would not play there again.

I suppose if you are a short hitter who hits it solid it may be fun
