Best Value Course in South Florida

The $ value for a round at Palm Beach National is amazing. I have played many other courses in this price range and the greens are burnt up or patchy, the tee boxes are brutal, among other issues. Don't get me wrong, this is not Red Tiger, but the bathrooms are clean on the course, they invite the new age golf mentality of have fun and respect the game. The lack of snooty-minded owners that want you to have fun, listen to music, have a beverage, but not trash the game or the course makes for the perfect day and atmosphere.

Nice Public Course

Played here this past Saturday with a friend. It was the only course in the area where we could get a 9AM tee time. Staff were very nice and friendly. They currently have construction going on for a new clubhouse/pro shop/ driving range which should be very nice. However it limits it to only for slots for the current driving range. There was a food truck next to first tee where you could get a bite. Course had a good layout. Fairways and greens were in good shape, but tee boxes were a little beat up. My biggest complaint was no water available except a cooler at one hole that had no cups. Took us about 4 1/2 hours to play round.

A Unique Experience

Kicked off my 40th birthday golf trip here at "The Nash". They were very busy on a January Saturday afternoon and our tee time was running about 15 min behind. The driving range was pumping music and they offered us rum shots when we checked in. Great place to kick it off!

The pro shop was excited to hear it was our first time and were super friendly. The clubhouse seemed temporary until they finish construction on the brand new place. Driving range has all crazy targets to shoot at (beer pong cups, etc).

We ate at the food truck they have at the course and it was very quick and good.

Course is your typical Florida course, nothing out of this world, but worth playing especially with the "have fun" mentality of the place. I would recommend!
