Atlantic National Golf Club

It was pretty cold when we played so there weren’t many people out. Overall we had a great experience, and this was our favorite of the 3 courses we played. All staff members that we encountered were friendly, the course was in great shape, and a fun layout that makes you think about your shots. If/when we return to WPB we’ll likely give this one another run.

Always a fun track to play. Conditions are excellent. Lots of right turning doglegs over or around water present a good but fair challenge. The par 5s on the back are particularly nice.

Great course conditions, very decent pace of play for a Sunday round. The (grass) range could be a bit better, but overall good value for the tee time price. Greens complex in good shape, firm, fast greens!

Made the trip from Stuart to Lake Worth, only to end up at a wrong golf course with a similar name. Reloaded the car and headed to Lacuna only to miss our teatime by a few minutes.

The staff was accommodating and paired us with a twosome chemo just a few minutes later. Thank you.

This was a start of a true surprising day. I had never played here before and was truly impressed with the conditions from the tea box to the green. The layout was very forgiving, but yet made you plan your shots carefully. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We would certainly make the trip again and often.

Had an enjoyable morning with my son. He holed out on 7 for eagle. Course was in good shape and we played in 3:45 which I think was a great pace of play

First time playing this course and I have to say that I was fully impressed from start to finish. Very friendly and professional staff. Very good practice facility. Greens were perfect, true and very fast. What a great layout. I even hard to walk back into the proshop to congratulate the staff on a very well maintained course. Can’t wait to return. 5 stars

I had a tee time scheduled today thru GolfNow for 7:20AM. I showed up and the staff informed me that I could not get out on course. It seems the twosome that I was paired with canceled. They informed me that I’d have to wait until 9:20ish to get out. This is ridiculous that I booked a tee time thru GolfNow but couldn’t get out.

Staff was horrible and was less than willing to help.

Great staff, good pace of play. Played tough that day in the windy conditions.

Choose your tee box wisely and this course will be exciting to play try to play from the wrong distance and it will be a long walk spoiled.

I played here for the 2nd time. 1st time was right before a storm so it was too windy to get a good feel for the course. Grass range is nice. Sometimes it’s a short range where you can’t use more than a 6 iron like today, but it’s still enough to warm up. The course is a shorter one, from the white tees, it’s around 6,150, but from the tips/black tees about 6,500-6,600 so it is perfect from there. The greens are in great shape, but not ridiculously fast where you can’t hold them with a good bump and run. All in all, the course is exactly what i like playing at a 12 handicap. Better golfers will have fun and not so good golfers have a very forgiving course. I don’t like driving far to golf, but for this place, it’s definitely worth it.

Played this course before in off-season and had a better experience. Starter was rude and paired me with a husband wife twosome instead of the threesome at my booked time. Foursome of snow birds in front of us were playing extremely sloooooooow and never offered for us to play through. Even had a "player assistant" show up on the 18th hole and he didn't seem to give 2 ships. Unless you enjoy a 4.5hr round, try booking elsewhere. Won't be back until after Easter

The course was in very nice shape. Last two times I played here greens were a bit slow. I played there 4 years ago and they were lightning fast. Pace was fine.

Course was in great shape. Greens rolled great. Staff was very friendly. We had a 7:20 tee time and played in exactly 3 hours. Highly recommend

Course was in pretty great shape. Played an early tee time. Pretty empty. Came across a ranger who was insufferable. This older gentleman parked by our carts on about the fifth hole for a few minutes. We hit our shots and went back to the cart at which time he held us up and asked us for our cart numbers, which I presumed was standard procedure. We politely gave him our cart numbers and names, a few times mind you because he seems to be hard of hearing. Someone from the twosome we were paired with pointed out that he could have just taken down our cart numbers from the cart itself without us being involved but I digress. The next hole he comes back again and says we’re behind pace. Keep in mind, we just wasted nearly five minutes talking to him on the last hole and when we asked him how far behind pace he couldn’t tell us and just said we need to pick it up, despite the group behind us being about two shots back at least and playing army golf all over the fairway. Then this guy decides to stand next to the green to watch us while we putt and then follow us on every shot for the rest of the front nine. The rest of my foursome was losing their minds with this guy and my playing partner called the pro shop to complain, only to be scolded about being “three minutes behind pace”. I’m all for giving older folks opportunities but to have an octogenarian who is hard of hearing and clearly not working efficiently running your front nine pace is asinine. Course is otherwise in excellent condition and is a great layout.

I've played this course several times in the past. The conditions on the course were great. The greens rolled true. The fairways where consistent without bare spots. The rough was penalizing as it should be. The club house guys are always friendly and accommodating.
