Great Course! Perfect Condition

This course is in pristine condition, fairways are very well maintained and the greens are smooth as anything. Had a great time. The course needs a clubhouse but there is construction on the premises so I am sure it will be a new clubhouse.

Course has seen better days

I love that the owner is inovative, and creative with music, large art object on range, etc. However, a few things first. The cart paths are destroyed, be sure to wear your kidney belt. We have had allot of rain but bunkers are never raked or turned up so sand is consistent and somewhat playable. Greens were punched and very bumpy. You can top dress them with sand during healing to allow for smoother putting and faster healing. I paid over $40 per person on Golf Now and come to find out its cheaper in the $20s one day later. Not a good experience yesterday.

The worst thing about playing here is hitting all the pot holes on the cart path. disgraceful and need to be fixed rough on my back
