Palm Beach National Golf Course

First time here and was pleased. Relaxed play until the Ranger comes by to say you are behind pace (expect 4hrs for 18 holes).. issue with this was the groups in front who made us stand and wait. Liked the layout of holes.

Fast greens, love the layout, staff and Mike are great.

Even though there was a lot of construction going on. I enjoyed playing there my parents members there back in the early 70s. I know that’s a long time ago of course still remains the same but they updated it which looks awesome. The cart paths need repair in many areas of the course. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll go back.

Despite the slow pace of play on this particular day, overall the course staff are extremely happy and helpful.

I will definitely play here again.

I had the first tee time. Finished the front 9 in 1 hr & 20 minutes. On 10, at least 3 groups were on the back 9. The group I followed were 3 senior women who never once offered to let me play thru. Painfully slow at that point… and my score suffered. Apparently no Marshall to help but it would have been nice to know the starter was having folks start on 10 when I teed off at 0650.

We had fun but we weren’t impressed with the course condition. Mostly the tees and the fairway. Greens were fast. Traps were hard. As I said we had a good time but for $100 I expected a little more.

5 hours to reach the 16th tee box is brutal, def need a ranger out there to keep the pace up.

We decided to play palm beach national on recommendation of a friend who is a very good golfer. She said: great layout Kind of laid back atmosphere. She was right. I have never been to a golf course where they come around and offer rum shots. Not my vibe, but I can see why It would attract a certain kind of golfer. Nice holes. Nice layout. Won't be coming back.

While the grass was not in the best shape, the layout is very good. Once the new clubhouse with track man is finished it will make it nicer. This course could be vastly improved with some attention to minor landscaping improvements around the course.
