Carts
Golf carts are pathetic!! Sooner or later cherry island is going to have to pony up and buy some new carts!! Marshals should be more active concerning groups playing too slow!

The recent storms have taken a toll on the course. Sand traps full of water, muddy conditions, a lot of leaves hiding you ball, etc.

Perfect greens
Played round in under 4 hours, greens still in perfect condition and $28 with cart for 11:10 tee time using golfnow app. Ya a perfect day with 60 degree weather.

I have not played at cherry island in many years. I bragged about this course to my boys. Telling how it was going to be. Sadly it's not that course I used to play. You can be in the fairway and hitting of hard ground. The ponds are empty. Some holes are better than others but the price to value of course is not that good.
We had our cart die to be replaced by another cart that died. And other cart steering wheel turned in complete circle before turning.
There are some positive things tho. I like the chipping green they leave a bucket of balls so u can practice. Chipping. The greens are nice but the quality of players there don't repair their divots.
But still I was golfing so good day
