This once very nice course has been completely neglected and mismanaged. Shame on the HOA and the decisions they've made to let this happen. It's very sad to see.

The greens and green side bunkers were beautiful. The fairways and tee boxes weren't the best by far, but they were ok for the price. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

In about three years, the place should be amazing

1st time playing this course. Was told the course used to be in great shape. It needs a lot of work but glad to hear that a plan is in place to accomplish that. Old owner’s and former head maintenance man neglected the course. Greens and green side bunkers are in good shape and fairways are coming along even with drought conditions upon us. Fairway bunkers are currently waste areas and not playable (we just pulled our balls out like it was ground under repair). Will play there again.

The course is now very poorly maintained. The greens are nice however the fairways and surrounding areas are allowed to die and brown/harden.

I'm aware the course went through some hard times however it's time to get it back where it once was. Aeration and watering of the fariways and first/second cut is way overdue.

The bar/restaurant pours very light and the drinks are not up to par however the staff is friendly and nice.

Might be time for new management.

First the bad news, most of the fairways were in very poor shape, lot’s of dirt instead of grass, they really like to water to the point that is swampy, Now the good news, around the greens are in very good shape, green and cut, now the best news, all the greens are in great shape, who ever does the greens should take care of the fairways too.

Great layout. Lots of potential. While it isn’t in the best shape, the management group sounds committed to bringing it back to glory. Greens were SLOW but in good condition. Fairways and tee boxes need work, but they appear to be addressing it already. Overall we had fun. Can’t complain.

New management is bringing the course to its original luster. I’m liking the changes. Nice golf course community to retire!

The course is laid out well , but fairways & bunkers need a lot of work. To be surrounded by so many nice homes in a retirement community, I think the course should reflect the homes around it.

Coming around from the last time I played here. Fairways still need a lot of work. Playable. Keep doing the work.

Greens are nice and green side bunkers are playable with lots of sand and maintenance. Fairway bunkers still needing some work. The course was neglected for awhile so it will take some time to get better. Expect many dry, dirt spots but overall is a nice course.

First time playing trilogy and after hearing rumors of how bad the course conditions were I was pleasantly surprised that they were actually decent! Fairways could use a little love but the greens were NICE! Wind wasn’t a problem either and the service was excellent. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! I will be coming back to play again soon!
