Paradise Valley Golf Course was voted the top course in Solano County and it is considered one of the best values in the North Bay area. Mature oaks line the fairways and meandering creeks wander across the course, coming into play on nine holes. It is a good course for walkers but it is still quite a challenge from the back tees. Club selection and ball placement are equally important. Paradise Valley Golf Course's signature hole is the par-5 10th. It requires a trio of accurate shots beginning with a well placed tee shot just short of the lake that sets you up for the second shot. You will have to make it past a ravine and a massive oak tree in order to make it to the green, which is protected by both sand and grass bunkers.

Beautiful course
Great condition with wide fairways but shows play 4,:45
Never disappointed
The course is as good or better than a private one
Best course in east Bay Area
I’m lucky enough to have Paradise and Rancho Solano courses local. I also like to try different courses from Oakland to Roseville. These two courses are both ran by the same people. I think they are definitely in the top 5 public courses to play Always in great shape even after airating greens a couple weeks ago. I highly recommend playing either course if you get a chance to. You won’t be disappointed.
A very nice game with my friends outdoor
We had a lot of fun out there. Our friends were extremely happy with the deal. The weather was great. There were sands on the greens after aeration . Anyway we had a great time out there.
Nice public course
Played on a Hot Deal, so $47 with cart is a great price for PV on a weekday. $75 normal price is getting high, but looking at conditions and staff helpfulness and friendliness, I’d say it is still worth your time. Fairways in great shape. Greens are smooth and rolll fast. Tee boxes are flat and maintained. Bunkers are playable despite lacking enough sand, but what public course doesn’t?
Play here or its sister course Rancho Solano, and try and find comparable courses nearby that are this good.

Excellent fairways and greens. Extremely well kept for a public course.

Great Day of Golf
Played all 18, completely missed the sign that we were starting on 10. Despite losing multiple balls had a great time.
Was very disappointed that I never saw the cart girl even though our round started at 1:10. Saw her stocking up at the start and that was it.
Front desk
The course was nice. Layout was great. But the front desk could’ve been a little nicer. Other than that, I recommend this course.
Fun under hot weather
My friends and I have a great day on course. Happy to have a good practice round. Love to play again.
