Greenfield Lakes Golf Course
About
The executive length course at the Greenfield Lakes Golf Club is a shorter course but there are three sets of teeboxes for a variety of different options. There are also plenty of challenges to appeal to all players. The golf course's layout is mostly flat and relatively open and it features many difficult par 5s and also some dogleg fairways. Although there are no sand bunkers, four lakes create water hazards that come into play on half of the holes. A notably challenging hole is the par-5 18th, which has a lake protecting the green and also a double dogleg fairway. The course at the Greenfield Lakes Golf Club, with its nice scenery and great conditions, is an excellent place for golfers to work on their short game.

The price was good and friendly staff
The staff was great, but not enough carts so that made everyone backed up about 20 mins. The coarse was in good shape. The cups were too small to keep a drink cold until the cart lady came around again. They need to have more garbage cans around the coarse. The coarse was in good shape and the staff was very friendly. Will go again!
We always enjoy playing at Greenfield Lakes
It's a great way to practice your short game, but really a challange for me as chipping is the worst part of my game.
They are always friendly and welcoming, the course is in good condition and we can play in 3 1/2 to 4 hours. I love it.
A non pressure round of golf when your time is limited.
Not particularly challenging but staff is friendly and when you just want a relatively fast round at a reduced stress level from many others it is well worth the money and time invested.
Disappointing overall.
On arrival, informed there were no power carts available as they were all out. Finally got one minutes before tee time. They were dirty and showed signs of extensive wear. The cart attendant was unconcerned at best.
Very slow play with 3 groups backed up by the 3rd hole. This went on throughout most of the front nine. Players Asst. informed us the back nine would be an improvement as there was no longer any backup. It was slow as well. Should not take 4+ hours to play this executive course.
The course played inconsistently as, at times, the ball would roll out as much as 40 yards beyond expectations on lots of dead grass leading up to the greens. In fact, the group behind us rolled a ball up to us on the next tee box on 3 occasions because distances had little relativity to the tee box markers or the score card.
The tee boxes and the green portion of the fairways were in good condition. Found the greens somewhat shaggy.
All in all, a disappointment no matter how well priced.
Ver y Disappointing, Miserable Experience
If you plan to golf here, make sure you have plenty of time! Ask before you start if you will be able to get in the entire 18 if that's what you're paying for. My husband and I came to play 18 and our tee time was for 2:14. Due to the significant wait to start and at every hole, we didn't finish the first nine until a little after 5:00 pm. That's about 3 hours - what it should take for all 18 holes! Certainly ruins the momentum for good golf. We never did play the second 9 because it was still considerably backed up. Never saw a ranger to encourage people to move along. The greens were extremely hard. Oh and by the way, no toilet paper in the ladies room and only one toilet was working. The rating boxes didn't work on this website so they are not correct.
OK Short course for iron practice.
Good place to sharpen up your iron game. Fairways ok, greens slow but ok, Some wild swings out there, some dangerous tee boxes, got hit on one 50 yards from green
value
COURSE IS GOOD VALUE FOR $$$. PLAYED ON SATURDAY PM AND PLAY WAS VERY SLOW ON FRON NINE. BACK NINE WAS MUCH QUICKER AS FOURSOMES GOT SPREAD OUT OR SOME MAY HAVE STOPPED AT TURN. 12 PAR THREES BUT YOU HIT QUITE A FEW DIFFERENT CLUBS GETTING TO THOSE GREENS. SOME WATER SO ALSO HAS SOME PENALTY FOR STRAY SHOT. FAIRLY FLAT AND GOOD COURSE TO WALK. ENJOYABLE TIME FOR $$$.
Very nice course
Very nice course to play, we played on a Monday, a very busy day so play was slow. We were to play 18 but only got 9 played. The friendly people in the clubhouse gave us a rain check, a very nice touch that will keep us coming back several times.
Would recommend this course to anyone.

Nice short course
Greenfield Lakes plays well with interesting holes on this short par 62 course. It is well maintained and the "fire" sale of $18 including cart was a great value.
late start and very slow play
We were 20 minutes late starting and there was at least a 10 to 15 minute wait at every hole.
Fun to play
Fun to play. Greens were fast but easy to read.
Not sure why its called Lakes there wasn't that much water.
And there wasn't any sand traps
VERY ENJOYABLE
TOOK MY DAD (81) VERY ENJOYABLE , HARD ENOUGH FOR ME (HANDICAP 18)
YET EASIED FRON SENIOR TEES FOR HIM
SOME SLOW PARTS BUT MOSTLY CONTINUAL PLAY
Best course in the east valley
I love this course. People are friendly. Course is in excellent shape. Beer girl is always hot with cold beer. This is the course to be at.
I had a hole in 1 on the 14th hole.
Overall this course is meant for people who want a short course with little trouble. The greens are the best part of the course.
I found this course to be a little too straight forward and unchallenging for my game. We were able to get around in 3 hours with some delays waiting for people in front of us to move on. The greens were well manicured and provided for a consistent roll with some predictable curves. I would recomend this course for people with high handicaps (25 plus) and short hitters who perfer to use their irons.
Well maintained greens and fairways
First time player and I would go again and wouls recommend to all my friends
real challanging for an executive course
well kept up and maintained. Greens and fairways were in excellent shape.
Well maintained
Super friendly staff. Very helpful! Course is relatively easy with few hazards. Well maintained and fun to play.
Challenging, yet fun to play.
The greens were very slow, fairways well maintained, very few if any bunkers, but some water. Overall, a nice, fun course to play.
Average
A good course to practice your short game as you have a chance to use most of your clubs if you want.
However, the mosquitoes are so deadly that we were bitten to death; make sure to put lots of bug spray on first .
Sub Par
Course was in Terrible shape, maybe for reseeding - but little grass on greens and fairway was like the cart path. Also Range balls were ALL over #1 - had to soend a ot of time looking for my ball - then the marshal told us we were playing too slow - wont play here again
