Greenfield Lakes Golf Course
About
The executive length course at the Greenfield Lakes Golf Club is a shorter course but there are three sets of teeboxes for a variety of different options. There are also plenty of challenges to appeal to all players. The golf course's layout is mostly flat and relatively open and it features many difficult par 5s and also some dogleg fairways. Although there are no sand bunkers, four lakes create water hazards that come into play on half of the holes. A notably challenging hole is the par-5 18th, which has a lake protecting the green and also a double dogleg fairway. The course at the Greenfield Lakes Golf Club, with its nice scenery and great conditions, is an excellent place for golfers to work on their short game.

Fun course to play in summer
This course plays longer than it really is. Plenty of variety to make it interesting. Not a good place to play in winter due to them scheduling starting times every 5 minutes, which keeps you backed up for the entire course. Very fun when you do not feel rushed. They do not have water along the course, and they do not have a beverage cart in summer, so plan on bringing plenty of water.
Blues don't give u enough length not to be exec course
Need water on course, staff very helpful providing water at 9. If u could just lengthen several holes, it's really just an executive course, even from blues, but form17.00 it was fine to,sharpen short game
No
Pace of play was horrible, nearly 4.5 hours to finish. Course was backed up, I don't think they even realized they were overbooked. Everyone had to be paired into 4-5somes. Fairways and greens are in horrible condition.
They didn't have enough carts which I noticed many peole had to walk. Driving range was packed with no room to hit balls before going out, which I ended up being 10 minutes being my tee time and then another 10 minutes before we could actually tee off because of the groups ahead.
I will not likely ever come back to this course.
Very poor condtions, so dry that it's almost gone.......
It was in good shape earlier in the year......now the Snowbirds are gone, and they let it go to heck.....very, very poor. Supposedly the pumps to water are down......but I think they just save money on water when the winter folks leave.....it's not in any kind of shape and it's only April.....in another month it'll be unplayable.
Greens putt well. Good course to practice irons.
Able to hit driver on a few holes. Water in play on some holes.
this course great flow
this course works on your short game. For me that is what I need.
thanks
A short but difficult course.
We had a great time once again. There's a lot of water but plenty of room to maneuver. The marshals are friendly and the drink cart woman (Rebecca) is outstanding!
Nice course
Beautiful greens, friendly staff, presented many levels of challenges. We will be back again.
It has potetial but just needs more money and attention.
Tee boxes are too hard and uneven. Fairways are very patchy. Greens are hard and bouncy. The bak nine has 7 par 3,s.
Enjoyed the day
Not a bad little track, I would play this one again. A short course, but one you need to be thinking about on every shot. Greens were slow but well maintained, fairways could use some work. On a weekend be ready for some back up on each tee until the back 9 when things open up.
Nice exec course
great course to practice your game with several par 4's
greens were excellent
although the greens were excellent I DID have some minor issues with this course ; 1.they charge way too much for an executive course 2.they tried to rush us off the course before it was dark and before we finished our round (the grounds crew was pulling flags for the night out from in front of us and on one hole made 2 parties wait at the tee while they mowed the green in front of us!) There was more than ample time for us to finish the round ; in fact, there was enough time for the two parties following us to finish too ! I like this course but not what it has become..,it used to be a good value but it appears that over time the ownership has become more concerned with their bottom line than with providing a quality golf experience.
The price was good and friendly staff
The staff was great, but not enough carts so that made everyone backed up about 20 mins. The coarse was in good shape. The cups were too small to keep a drink cold until the cart lady came around again. They need to have more garbage cans around the coarse. The coarse was in good shape and the staff was very friendly. Will go again!
We always enjoy playing at Greenfield Lakes
It's a great way to practice your short game, but really a challange for me as chipping is the worst part of my game.
They are always friendly and welcoming, the course is in good condition and we can play in 3 1/2 to 4 hours. I love it.
A non pressure round of golf when your time is limited.
Not particularly challenging but staff is friendly and when you just want a relatively fast round at a reduced stress level from many others it is well worth the money and time invested.
Disappointing overall.
On arrival, informed there were no power carts available as they were all out. Finally got one minutes before tee time. They were dirty and showed signs of extensive wear. The cart attendant was unconcerned at best.
Very slow play with 3 groups backed up by the 3rd hole. This went on throughout most of the front nine. Players Asst. informed us the back nine would be an improvement as there was no longer any backup. It was slow as well. Should not take 4+ hours to play this executive course.
The course played inconsistently as, at times, the ball would roll out as much as 40 yards beyond expectations on lots of dead grass leading up to the greens. In fact, the group behind us rolled a ball up to us on the next tee box on 3 occasions because distances had little relativity to the tee box markers or the score card.
The tee boxes and the green portion of the fairways were in good condition. Found the greens somewhat shaggy.
All in all, a disappointment no matter how well priced.
Ver y Disappointing, Miserable Experience
If you plan to golf here, make sure you have plenty of time! Ask before you start if you will be able to get in the entire 18 if that's what you're paying for. My husband and I came to play 18 and our tee time was for 2:14. Due to the significant wait to start and at every hole, we didn't finish the first nine until a little after 5:00 pm. That's about 3 hours - what it should take for all 18 holes! Certainly ruins the momentum for good golf. We never did play the second 9 because it was still considerably backed up. Never saw a ranger to encourage people to move along. The greens were extremely hard. Oh and by the way, no toilet paper in the ladies room and only one toilet was working. The rating boxes didn't work on this website so they are not correct.
OK Short course for iron practice.
Good place to sharpen up your iron game. Fairways ok, greens slow but ok, Some wild swings out there, some dangerous tee boxes, got hit on one 50 yards from green
value
COURSE IS GOOD VALUE FOR $$$. PLAYED ON SATURDAY PM AND PLAY WAS VERY SLOW ON FRON NINE. BACK NINE WAS MUCH QUICKER AS FOURSOMES GOT SPREAD OUT OR SOME MAY HAVE STOPPED AT TURN. 12 PAR THREES BUT YOU HIT QUITE A FEW DIFFERENT CLUBS GETTING TO THOSE GREENS. SOME WATER SO ALSO HAS SOME PENALTY FOR STRAY SHOT. FAIRLY FLAT AND GOOD COURSE TO WALK. ENJOYABLE TIME FOR $$$.
