Western Skies on July 7th
Nothing but praise for this course. My group plays once a week all over the valley, and this course is in the top 2 for playing conditions. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens are in great condition - not burnt out at all. While other courses conditions are deteriorating, this course is just getting better! Pace of play was 3 hours and 42 minutes. A good time was had by all.
HotDeal was fantastic
Booked this on a hot deal. Played 18 in 2 hours and it was really good value.
Underwhelmed at Western Skies
I had not played Western Skies in a couple years and booked a round on GolfNow. The condition of the course was below average. My biggest complaint was the price. This is not a $70 golf course in July. It’s worth about 25 bucks max.
There really was no change in course conditions since I was last year. The only exception was the driving range which has been improved with launch monitors.
Western Skies outing
Had a 6:10 tee time. actually started at 6:00.
Fairways were in great condition, Sand traps were wet and compacted which added difficulty. Greens were in great shape. Very hot morning, (98 degrees when we finished) and never saw a cart girl. Pace of play was 3 hours and 40 minutes for our group. Will play this course again.
