Greenfield Lakes Golf Course
About
The executive length course at the Greenfield Lakes Golf Club is a shorter course but there are three sets of teeboxes for a variety of different options. There are also plenty of challenges to appeal to all players. The golf course's layout is mostly flat and relatively open and it features many difficult par 5s and also some dogleg fairways. Although there are no sand bunkers, four lakes create water hazards that come into play on half of the holes. A notably challenging hole is the par-5 18th, which has a lake protecting the green and also a double dogleg fairway. The course at the Greenfield Lakes Golf Club, with its nice scenery and great conditions, is an excellent place for golfers to work on their short game.

nice little course
Got out early and finished in 2 1/2/ hours. Nice layout. Got 9 pars. Enjoyed the round.
Short Game refresher
For beginner golfers or just to practice on your short game, this course will work. Be careful on greens as cups need work.
Terrible conditions
Sad to have to write the review.m, as I used to play this course often. The condition now is almost unplayable, not enough water, playing in dead grass. Other courses in the area charge similar price on GolfNow, and water much better. Likely will not okay here anymore.
Good starter round
Great warm up round to start the golf trip with especially for my wife she birdied 2 holes. There is enough variety to use every club in your bag. Considering we were playing in May the condition are pretty good. We played the course in less than 3 hours. Greens in great shape except for one of them. They are a little slower than I'm used to.
Enjoyable course, great shape, friendly staff.
This is a great course to refine your short game. The course was in fine shape, greens and fairways very well maintained. Some challenging greens give your putter a workout. Pace of play was fast...completed 18 in about 3 hrs. I will definitely spend more time at this course. The price, esp with "hot deals", was very reasonable.
Great course!
Course is awesome! Only feedback I have is to have water stations/igloos available.
Slow Pace of Play
Greenfield is a short course but fun to play as several holes have water to challenge your shot making skills.
The only problem I have with this course is the slow pace of play which I've encountered here consistently.
Seems there are always beginners playing here who don't know about letting faster players play through. We get stuck behind a group who are clueless that they have empty holes in front of them and there are players behind them waiting on every shot. The course marshal drives around in his cart but doesn't appear to do much to speed up the slow play. Two of the last three rounds here I've skipped a hole to get past one of these slow groups.
My wife and I are real duffers, and don't play very often. The ease of the course encouraged us to play more regularly. We really enjoyed ourselves.
WAY TO SLOW!!!!!
I don't live far from Greenie Lakes as my buddies and I like to call it. I think that name will change to slowie lakes. You should be able to finish this course in under three and half hours. We didn't finish the 12th hole until 3 hours into playing. The pace of play was extremely slow to the point that we left early. In my opinion it was clear that some groups should have been taken off the course. It looked like some groups were giving instructions to other golfers within the group. Just wasn't a fun day at all. I wouldn't recommend this course this time of year. Summer time you can finish in two and half hours. Nobody on at that time.
In great shape for early march
played on a friday afternoon course was in good shape and there was a marshal patrolling around.
we had to wait a few minutes on every hole due to a 4some ahead that played from the back tees even tho they were poor players the starter worked our twosome in early to keep things moving
good bang for the buck
Executive Course
Booked this course on Golf Now. Not sure if I missed it, or maybe it didn't say, but this is an executive course, par 62. The staff, inside and outside, were extremely friendly and even funny. No bunkers on the course and the greens were bumpy, so really this is a great course for brand new golfers and those with the grim reaper following their foursome. The other positive is that if you've never made a hole-in-one, you have 11 par threes here I think, so it almost triples your chances. It was kind of fun for a change, to play a short course, but I just wish the greens were smoother.
