Enjoy playing palm valley at all three nine hole courses. However the practice facility could use some work. The areas to practice from were in terrible shape. Like hitting off bare ground absolutely no grass. The cost to play in my opinion could be a little lower. Perhaps 65-70 dollars at this time of year.
Palm Valley North/South course
We tee off didn't have any delays in pace of play. The course is in great shape and the greens were prestine and running true, quick. This course is one of my favorites and definitely will drive from Old Town Scottsdale to play the course again. I give them overall a 10.
Good course
The course has a nice layout. No real trouble making it easier than many. The rough is mostly packed sand and pebble. It could use some landscaping. It appears that they have a water drainage problem as many of the tunnels were closed. They directed you to drive over the curb and cross the street. I would definitely play again.
The way a golf course should be.
Enjoyed my round. Golf course in excellent condition. Better than most.
Great Golf
It was a great course on a beautiful morning. The staff was very friendly. We had a great first experience of Arizona golf.
Not bad, but overpriced
This course is nice, it’s pretty well maintained, the staff are friendly, but it’s just not worth $100+.
Cart Path Only
We won't told at time of booking that it was cart path only....a little disappointed. Probably wouldn't have played if we had known
OK
Sign-in good. Practice facilities very good. Pace of play excellent, not busy at the time. Just overseeded, North course cart path only. Fairways and greens slow.
Nice Layout, Horrible Maint.
Greens were bumpy and low. They had not been mowed or rolled in at least 2 days. Fairways had not been mowed, rough literally had bermuda seedlings .
Should be more popular
Nice course at a reasonable price in the West Valley. There are some nicer courses but they’re priced accordingly. The cheaper courses aren’t nearly as nice.
Great Course
Greens are in amazing condition, probably the nicest I’ve seen for this time of year. There are some spots throughout the course that are being repaired off of the greens, but they’re doing it right. Pace of play was great also. Aside from that, this was my second time playing and the staff member Ole has been by far one of the nicest staff members out of all the courses I’ve been to, wish they were all like that. Worth the 40 minute drive from Gilbert!

Good overall BUT...
The course was in good condition, staff was great, cruising along for about 8 holes and then met up with a single waiting on a foursome, that was waiting on a 5 some. WHY there should never be a 5 some out on the course. The range drove by 3 times and no mention of the hold up or even saying he was trying to push them along. Played front in about an hour then 2.5 hours for the back. Come on people.
