Good course to play
Love Palm Valley but West Course is not in the great shape. North and South are the two you always want to play. Staff is great though. Pace can be challenging at times and yesterday was bad so late in the day. Enjoy your round

Worst course I have played in AZ
Absolutely no shade around the T boxes for carts. Not one ball washer on the course. No regulation by a Marshall and no cart path signs anywhere on the fairways

Great round
This is one of the few times at any course I've seen a marshall actually push a slow foresome who got quite snotty with him apparently.
If a course will send marshalls out to actually manage pace of play it makes that course top notch to me.

Great Track
Played 18 on this course in over 100° weather. Course was in great shape, staff was very accommodating and friendly, and it is a very enjoyable place to play. Not too difficult, unlike other courses I have played this course is not in the desert it is in the middle of a city. So you don’t lose a lot of balls to the desert! Would play again, very great location.

I would come back to this course again. Played north and west course… both courses in good condition and fairways were kept in shape. Great price and overall fun experience.

Course wasn’t in the best condition. Tee box’s were super long, bad shape and very hard to find a flat spot. Won’t play this course again.

Palm Valley is a great little gem on the west side of Phoenix. For how much traffic this golf course gets, it’s worth the trip. They can probably do a bit better with pace of play, but that’s everywhere.

Not worth cost
Had an early morning start times(2) because we had 5 people. When we get there they tell us they will add another person to our cart or pay another $35. Note, when scheduled, cart fees included. The tees have no details on the hole, so you have to decipher the score card. Course in good shape, but so are most in AZ. They also are stuffing starts on both front and back 9. So now the back 9 takes us an hour longer because new groups are still being squeezed in. Avoid this Course if you want it to be enjoyable.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding cart arrangements and pace of play.
Regarding the cart situation, our standard policy includes shared cart fees, and additional rider or single-rider requests may result in an added charge. That said, we understand how frustrating it can feel if that wasn’t clearly communicated at the time of booking. We will review how this is presented during the reservation process to ensure expectations are clearer moving forward.
We also appreciate your comments about on-course signage. While yardage and hole information are provided on the scorecard and GPS, we understand that detailed tee signage enhances the overall experience and will share this feedback with our operations team.
As for pace of play, we do utilize both nines during busy periods to accommodate demand, especially during peak season. However, an additional hour on the back nine is certainly not the standard we aim for. We continuously monitor spacing and flow to maintain an enjoyable round, and your feedback helps us evaluate where adjustments may be needed.
We’re glad to hear you found the course in good shape, but we regret that other factors detracted from your enjoyment.

Nice course for the money.
Tee off time was 7:50 finished at 12:00.
Course layout is the AZ feel .
Would definitely play again. Some areas did need some water .

Friendly and helpful staff. Course aesthetic was just okay
The only downside for me may not register for many and that’s great. There is a whole lot of plain dirt areas around fairways which is good for making it harder to lose balls but it just doesn’t look like a great course because of that. Staff was great and the speed of play was as well. So if a picky review on the aesthetics just off the fairways isn’t a big deal this is a nice place to play - wide fairways and a nice variety of home designs to enjoy.
