Great deal and conditions
Teed off at 11a sure it was blazing hot but I’m used to that. Had the course to myself one other single behind me. Great conditions for summer, fairways were green and plush and greens were true actually a touch slow. Only minor complaint was the maintenance workers not stopping their work, especially around the greens, went you hit an approach. Know they got a job to do but maybe stop for a second while we hit.

Course was pretty open and pace was excellent. It was hot, not a lot of shade on the course but staff and course was solid.

Consistency
Greens on the course were running 9.5 to 10 while the practice green was easily at 11. Slow greens are fine but it makes scoring difficult on the first few holes with that much discrepancy.
Also, please hire more cart girls? 18 holes and only saw a cart 2 times.
The course as a whole was phenomenal! Staff is beyond cordial! Practice areas are 2nd to none.

In fairness never liked the west 9.
Course was in poor shape greens were slow and appear to have some type of blight. Bunkers have very little sand in them. Fairways half dead. Tee boxes were ok. This is the worse condition I've ever seen the course. I wouldn't complain if the price was 65.00 or 70.00 instead of 100.00 this time of year but there are plenty of courses for the money that are in better shape. The foursome in feont of us were two holes behind and no ranger to be seen. As a local I will not be back

We are not sure when you played with us but our AZ Resident Rate which can booked online with GolfNow or directly with the Golf Course is currently $35-$72 per player depending on the day of the week and time of day. Look for our summer rates to land on 5/28.
palm valley golf course
Hello,
playing here on a Saturday was nice but no cart person ever came out and we played 18 holes, and it was 90 degrees so bring your water or whatever your drinking... the marshal was pretty edgy also he would drive by and yell stuff from the cart, no idea what he was saying but odd. The course played excellent and the staff at the front desk was excellent and super nice.

This was a good course and made for a great day conditions could’ve been slightly better and the lack of GPS is odd in this day and age. Will return.

Not well maintained
Course was under watered, fairways were
dried out and brown. Tee boxes were chewed up. Played other coursers same week in much better shape, green fairways.

No service on front nine. Not a major issue but would have been nice.

Enjoyable round
It's nice to play a course with out the houses lining a skinny fairway. This course requires some carry and accuracy over the desert areas and would be tough for beginner golfers.

Not so good condition
The west course is a bit beat up, green is rough..a lot of area is bare spot. Hole to hole is far away..
